<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA DATLOVÉ KULIČKY SE SKOŘICÍ</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto kuliček potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Oříšky</strong> – použijte jakýkoliv mix oříšků, například mandle, vlašské, lískové nebo kešu oříšky.</li>
<li><strong>Kakao </strong>– Použijte kvalitní přírodní kakao.</li>
<li><strong>Skořice</strong> – Dodává příjemnou kořenitou chuť. Doporučuji použít <a href="https://www.ravaneo.com/product/n22-cejlonska-skorice-4-svitky/"><u>Ravaneō N°22 Cejlonskou skořici</u></a>.</li>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Rozmixujte ořechy s kakaem a skořicí</strong></h3>
<p>Do food processoru nebo vysokorychlostního mixéru dejte oříšky, kakao, skořici a špetku soli. Na střední rychlosti rozmixujte do jemna.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Přidejte datle</strong></h3>
<p>Přidejte vypeckované datle a mixujte asi 30 sekund nebo dokud se vše nespojí a nevznikne tuhá směs.</p>

<p>Ze směsi vyválejte 20 kuliček (pro větší přesnost použijte váhu – 1 kulička = asi 15g). Poté každou kuličku obalte ve strouhaném kokosu, kakau nebo mletých pistáciích.</p>
<p>Na kuličkách si pochutnejte ihned nebo je dejte do lednice nechat ztuhnout a zchladit.</p>

<li><strong>Mandle</strong> – Zdroj vlákniny, kvalitních tuků, vápníku, hořčíku nebo vitaminu E. Používejte kvalitní nepražené neloupané mandle.</li>
<li><strong>Pekanové ořechy</strong> – dobrým zdrojem vápníku, hořčíku, a draslíku. Můžete použít jakoukoli jinou kombinaci ořechů nebo jen jeden druh ořechů, pokud chcete (i když tato kombinace je tak výborná!) – nezapomeňte ale použít stejné množství.</li>
<li><strong>Lyofilizované (mrazem sušené) banány </strong>– Dodá příchuť banánového chlebíčku a máslo osladí. Banány rozmixujte na jemný prášek před zamícháním do ořechového másla.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup </strong>– Volitelná ingredience. Jakmile přidáte javorový sirup, máslo zhoustne (na zředění použijte olej).</li>

<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Mandle a pekanové ořechy rozložte na plech a pečte 5-7 minut. Několikrát je během pečení promíchejte. Dávejte pozor, abyste je nespálili (trouby se mohou lišit v čase pečení).</p>

<p>Lyofilizované banány vložte do vysokorychlostního mixéru a pulzujte, dokud se z nich nestane jemný prášek. Přesypejte jej do misky a odložte stranou.</p>

<h3><strong>3. Krok: Připravte banánové ořechové máslo</strong></h3>
<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru (nebo food processoru) dejte arašídy, pražené mandle a pekanové ořechy. Nejprve mixujte při nízké rychlosti, dokud nebudou ořechy rovnoměrně rozmixovány. Seškrábejte strany. Poté mixujte vysokou rychlostí, dokud se ořechy postupně nepřemění v hladké máslo. Během mixování použijte pěchovadlo (pokud je součástí mixéru) pro usnadnění mixování. V závislosti na vašem mixéru (popř. food processoru) může mixování ořechů v máslo trvat 4–10 minut. Přidejte banánový prášek, mletou skořici a špetku soli a mixujte, dokud se nespojí.</p>
<p>Chcete-li máslo osladit, přidejte javorový sirup a libovolný neutrální olej na zředění (volitelný krok).</p>
<p>Máslo dejte do sklenice a nechte zcela vychladnout před uzavřením víčkem.</p>

<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA DOMÁCÍ MALINOVÉ OŘECHOVÉ MÁSLO</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě tohoto ořechového másla potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mandle</strong> – Zdroj vlákniny, zdravých tuků, vápníku, hořčíku nebo vitaminu E. Používejte kvalitní nepražené neloupané mandle.</li>
<li><strong>Kešu oříšky</strong> – Bohaté na bílkoviny, omega kyseliny, zinek, hořčík nebo železo. Můžete použít jakoukoli jinou kombinaci ořechů nebo jen jeden druh ořechů, pokud chcete (i když tato kombinace je tak výborná!) – nezapomeňte ale použít stejné množství.</li>
<li><strong><strong>Mrazem sušené (l</strong>yofilizované) maliny</strong> – Nejdříve maliny rozmixujete na prášek a poté přidáte do mandlovo-kešu másla. Maliny máslu dodají příjemnou ovocnou přícuť.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Kokosový cukr – </strong>Cukr v tomto receptu můžete vynechat, nicméně maliny dělají máslo lehce kyselé. Kokosový cukr se navíc krásně rozpustí v másle, protože je při mixování teplé. Můžete také nahradit přírodním třtinovým cukrem. Nedoporučuji použít tekuté sladidlo (jako javorový sirup), protože by máslo po přidání zhoustlo.</li>

<li><strong>Plech na pečení</strong></li>
<li><strong>Vysokorychlostní mixér nebo food processor </strong>– Aby vaše domácí ořechové máslo bylo hladké a krémové, budete potřebovat kvalitní vysokorychlostní mixér nebo food processor. Během mixování použijte pěchovadlo (pokud je součástí mixéru) pro usnadnění mixování.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT DOMÁCÍ OŘECHOVÉ MÁSLO S MALINAMI</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava tohoto ořechového másla je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 3 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Upražte mandle a kešu</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Mandle a kešu rozložte na plech a pečte 7-9 minut. Několikrát je během pečení promíchejte. Dávejte pozor, abyste je nespálili.</p>
<p>Po pražení nechte oříšky mírně vychladnout.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Maliny rozmixujte v prášek</strong></h3>
<p>Mrazem sušené maliny vložte do vysokorychlostního mixéru a pulzujte, dokud se z nich nestane jemný prášek. Přesypejte jej do misky a odložte stranou.</p>

<h3><strong>3. Krok: Připravte ořechové máslo v mixéru</strong></h3>
<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru přidejte pražené mandle a kešu oříšky se špetkou mořské soli. Nejprve mixujte při nízké rychlosti, dokud nebudou ořechy rovnoměrně rozmixovány. Seškrábejte strany. Poté mixujte vysokou rychlostí, dokud se ořechy postupně nepřemění v hladké máslo. Během mixování použijte pěchovadlo (pokud je součástí mixéru) pro usnadnění mixování. V závislosti na vašem mixéru může mixování ořechů v máslo trvat 4–10 minut.</p>
<p>Přidejte malinový prášek a kokosový cukr a mixujte, dokud se nespojí. Podle potřeby můžete máslo více osladit.</p>
<p>Máslo dejte do sklenice a nechte zcela vychladnout před uzavřením víčkem.</p>

<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU KÁVOVÝCH ENERGY KULIČEK:</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto energy kuliček potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Mandle</strong> – Použijte kvalitní nepražené neloupané mandle. Pro tento recept můžete také použít již namleté mandle. Mandle můžete nahradit jinými ořechy dle vašeho výběru, jako jsou například lískové, kešu, pekanové, vlašské ořechy nebo arašídy.</li>
<li><strong>Kakao </strong>– Použijte přírodní neslazené kakao.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – Vyváží sladkou chuť. Tuto ingredienci můžete přeskočit a připravit si tak energy kuličky pouze ze 4 ingrediencí.</li>
<li><strong>Datle</strong> – Použijte měkké (soft) vypeckované datle. Pokud nemáte měkké datle, namočte je na asi 10 minut do horké vody a před mixováním je sceďte.</li>
<li><strong>Mletá káva </strong>– Použijte svou oblíbenou kávu. Ráda používám mletou kávu dark roast, protože má bohatou chuť a kakaové tóny.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT KÁVOVÉ ENERGY KULIČKY:</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava těchto energy kuliček je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 3 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Rozmixujte mandle, kakao a sůl</strong></h3>
<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru nebo kuchyňského robotu (food rocessor) přidejte mandle, kakao a špetku mořské soli. Mixujte, až jsou mandle jemně mleté. Nemixujte příliš dlouho, jinak se směs začne měnit na mandlové máslo.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Přidejte datle a mletou kávu a mixujte</strong></h3>
<p>Poté do mixéru přidejte vypeckované datle a mletou kávu a mixujte asi 30 sekund, dokud se vše nespojí a nevznikne tuhá směs.</p>

<p>Ze směsi vyválejte pomocí dlaní 10 kuliček. 1 kulička by měla vážit asi 20 g (abyste kuličky měli rovnoměrné, použijte kuchyňskou váhu).</p>
