<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA SLADKÉ JAHODOVÉ ROLKY</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě jahodových rolek potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Hladká pšeničná mouka – </strong>dělá rolky jemné a nadýchané díky své struktuře (na rozdíl od celozrnné, špaldové mouky). Můžete také požít napůl hladkou mouku a napůl chlebovou mouku.</li>
<li><strong>Krystalový cukr – </strong>pomáhá aktivovat droždí a sladí rolky. Můžete také použít třtinový cukr nebo kokosový cukr.</li>
<li><strong>Instantní sušené pekařské droždí</strong> – Urychlí proces, protože se míchá přímo do mouky.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Veganské máslo</strong> – Použijte veganské máslo, které má přibližně 75-80% tuku. Na náplň a polevu nechte máslo změknout při pokojové teplotě.</li>

<li><strong>Veganský smetanový sýr</strong> – Doporučuji použít krémový smetanový sýr od Violife (Creamy Original). Před přípravou polevy jej nechte změknout při pokojové teplotě.</li>
<li><strong>Moučkový cukr</strong> – Cukr prosejte, abyste předešli hrudkám v máslového krému.</li>
<li><strong>Lyofilizované (mrazem sušené) jahody </strong>– ochutí a obarví polevu. Jahody rozmixujte v mixéru na jemný prášek.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN JAHODOVÉ ROLKY </strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte těsto a nechte ho kynout</strong></h3>
<p>Ve velké míse smíchejte hladkou pšeničnou mouku, cukr, instantní pekařské droždí, a mořskou sůl. Přidejte rozpuštěné veganské máslo a vlažné mandlové mléko. Smíchejte pomocí vařečky nebo vidličky (různé mouky absorbují tekutinu odlišně, takže pokud je směs příliš suchá, přidejte trochu mléka), poté směs dejte na lehce pomoučený povrch a hnětejte rukama asi 5-10 minut, dokud těsto není měkčí.</p>
<p>Těsto vložte do lehce naolejované mísy, přikryjte kuchyňskou utěrkou a dejte na teplé místo kynout asi na 1 hodinu, dokud se nezdvojnásobí (na chladnějším místě může kynutí trvat déle).</p>

<p>Velkou zapékací mísu vymažte veganským máslem nebo olejem. Odložte stranou.</p>

<p>Poté, co těsto nakyne, položte jej na lehce pomoučenou plochu. Povrch těsta také lekce pomoučte. Pomocí válečku vyválejte těsto na velký obdélník, asi 30 cm x 40 cm.</p>

<p>Rozválené těsto potřete změklým veganským máslem, téměř až k okrajům. Na máslovou vrstvu natřete jahodový džem. Poté na vrch naskládejte nasekané jahody.</p>

<p>Těsto podélně srolujte v pevnou rolku. Ostrým nožem nebo pomocí tenké niti nakrájejte na 12 rovnoměrných rolek a vložte do připravené zapékací mísy.</p>

<p>Rolky pečte v předehřáté troubě po dobu 30 minut. Pokud během pečení začnou rolky na povrchu příliš hnědnout, přikryjte je alobalem. Vyjměte z trouby a nechte na 10 minut vychladnout, zatímco připravíte polevu.</p>

<p>Do středně velké mísy dejte změklé veganské máslo a smetanový sýr (případně je dejte do mísy kuchyňského robotu s nástavcem na šlehání) a šlehejte ručním šlehačem při vysoké rychlosti asi 2-3 minuty, dokud nebude směs nadýchaná a světlejší. Poté přidejte moučkový cukr a prášek z mrazem sušených jahod a šlehejte, dokud se zcela nevmíchají. Za stálého šlehání přidávejte po lžíci mandlového mléka a šlehejte, dokud nebude krém nadýchaný.</p>

<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Můžete použít jakékoli rostlinné mléko, jako je ovesné, sójové nebo kešu mléko.</li>

<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C a plech vyložte pečícím papírem. Zabrání to připalování sušenek ze spodu. Plech odložte stranou.</p>

<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte těsto na sušenky</strong></h3>
<p>Do středně velké mísy dejte veganské máslo, bílý třtinový cukr a přírodní třtinový cukr a vyšlehejte ručním šlehačem (nebo použijte kuchyňský robot) po dobu asi 1 minuty do hladka. Přidejte neslazené mandlové mléko a šlehejte, dokud se nespojí. Poté přidejte polovinu hladké mouky, kukuřičný škrob, mletou skořici, jedlou sodu a špetku soli. <p>Těsto rozdělte na 11 stejných kuliček (na rozdělení můžete použít 5 cm naběračku na zmrzlinu). Kuličky těsta umístěte na připravený plech (udělejte mezi nimi místo). Pečte je v předehřáté troubě 11-12 minut.</p>
<p>Hotové sušenky vytáhněte z trouby a nechte je asi 3-5 minut na plechu. Poté je položte na chladicí mřížku/rošt a nechte vychladnout alespoň na 10 minut před podáváním.</p>

<p>Ovesné sušenky skladujte ve vzduchotěsné nádobě při pokojové teplotě nebo v lednici.</p>
<h3><strong>JAK DLOUHO OVESNÉ SUŠENKY VYDRŽÍ?</strong></h3>
<p>Sušenky si zachovají svou chuť a strukturu po dobu 3 dnů při pokojové teplotě. Můžete je však skladovat až 2 týdny.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU SUŠENKY ZAMRAZIT?</strong></h3>
<p>Ano, sušenky můžete zamrazit až na 3 měsíce. Nejprve se ujistěte, že jsou zcela vychlazené. Pak skladujte ve vzduchotěsné nádobě nebo sáčku na zip. Před podáváním je nechte zcela rozmrazit při pokojové teplotě (nebo je ohřejte v troubě na 180°C na pár minut).</p>
<p>Můžete také zamrazit kuličky těsta ještě před pečením (asi na 2 měsíce). Poté je pečte 2–5 minut navíc než je v receptu.</p>
