<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT </strong><strong>VEGAN ČOKOLÁDOVÉ BISCOFF TARTALETKY</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte sušenkový korpus</strong></h3>
<p>Ve food processoru nebo mixéru rozmixujte Lotus sušenky do jemna. Dejte do misky, přidejte rozpuštěné máslo a dobře promíchejte. Směs rozdělte do 4 mini forem o průměru 10 cm a stlačte, trochu i po stranách (můžete si pomoct lžící). Formy umístěte do lednice, zatímco připravíte náplň.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Step: Připravte ganache náplň</strong></h3>
<p>Vložte jemně nasekanou hořkou čokoládu a Biscoff pomazánku do skleněné mísy a dejte ji na malý hrnec s vroucí vodou. Dno mísy by se nemělo dotýkat horké vody. Nechte pomalu rozpustit, několikrát promíchejte. Jakmile je čokoláda rozpuštěná, pomalu a postupně, za stálého míchaní, vmíchejte neslazené ovesné mléko (použijte lžíci nebo silikonovou stěrku, nepoužívejte metlu, protože by to vytvořilo bubliny). Míchejte, dokud se nespojí v hladké ganache.</p>
<p>Ganache nalijte na vychlazené korpusy a rozetřete. Dejte do lednice asi na 1 hodinu, aby ganache ztuhla.</p>

<h3><strong>3. Step: Polijte Biscoff pomazánkou a nechte vychladnout</strong></h3>
<p>Jakmile je náplň ztuhlá, polijte ji rozpuštěnou Biscoff pomazánkou a rozetřete. Umístěte zpět do lednice asi na 30 minut, dokud poleva neztuhne.</p>
<p>Poté ozdobte a servírujte. Na ozdobu jsem použila našlehaný kokosový krém, rozdrcené Lotus sušenky, nastrouhanou čokoládu, a mořskou sůl.</p>

Jakmile je čokoláda rozpuštěná, pomalu a postupně, za stálého míchaní, vmíchejte neslazené ovesné mléko (na míchání použijte lžíci nebo silikonovou stěrku). <h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU ČOKOLÁDOVÉHO DORTU S ARAŠÍDOVÝM MÁSLEM </strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě tohoto nepečeného dortu potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Oreo sušenky </strong>– Sušenky rozmixujte najemno ve food processoru nebo v mixéru, nebo je můžete vložit do sáčku na zip, položit na rovný povrch a rozdrtit válečkem. Pro bezlepkovou verzi použijte jakékoli veganské bezlepkové sušenky, ale možná budete muset upravit množství rozpuštěného másla. Pokud máte světlé sušenky, přidejte do nich lžíci kakaa.</li>
<li><strong>Veganské máslo</strong> – Můžete také použít kokosový olej nebo veganský margarín, ale nejspíše budete muset přidat méně, protože margarín má v sobě více tekutin.</li>
<li><strong>Jemné arašídové máslo</strong> – Dává dortu dokonalou chuť a konzistenci. Použijte kvalitní arašídové máslo (přírodní, bez přidaných ingrediencí).</li>
<li><strong>Veganská zakysaná smetana</strong> – Dělá dort jemný a krémovým. Můžete nahradit více kokosovým krémem, ale způsobí to tužší konzistenci náplně. Já jsem použila Dr. Oetker Creme Vega.</li>
<li><strong>Kokosový krém </strong>– Dodává krémovou konzistenci. Použijte plechovku plnotučného kokosového mléka, nechte ji přes noc v lednici, poté otevřte a naberte krém, který se oddělil od kapaliny a vystoupil na vrch.</li>
<li><strong>Moučkový cukr</strong> – sladidlo v arašídové náplni.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Hořká čokoláda</strong> – Čokoládu rozpusťte a smíchejte s mandlovým mlékem, aby vznikla čokoládová ganache. Použijte kvalitní (veganskou) tabulku hořké čokolády, která má kolem 55-60%.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Ujistěte se, že má pokojovou teplotu. Můžete použít jakékoliv rostlinné mléko, jako sójové, ovesné, nebo kokosové.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Kuchyňské prostředky, které potřebujete:</h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Food processort nebo vysokorychlostní mixér </strong>– na rozmixování sušenek. Sušenky můžete také vložit do sáčku na zip, položit na rovný povrch a rozdrtit válečkem.</li>
<li><strong>Forma na koláč/dort </strong>– ideálně 18&#215;3,5 cm. Pokud nemáte formu s nepřilnavým povrchem, vymažte ji olejem.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT NEPEČENÝ VEGAN ČOKOLÁDOVÝ DORT S ARAŠÍDOVÝM MÁSLEM</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava tohoto nepečeného dortu je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 4 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Udělejte Oreo korpus</strong></h3>
<p>Ve food processoru nebo mixéru najemno rozmixujte Oreo sušenky, dejte do misky, přidejte rozpuštěné máslo a dobře promíchejte. Směs přesypte do 18cm formy na koláč – pokud nemáte formu s nepřilnavým povrchem, vymažte ji olejem. Směs sušenek pevně stlačte do pánve, vytáhněte trochu po stranách, použijte lžíci nebo dno odměrky, pomocí kterých půjde korpus lépe stlačit. Formu umístěte do lednice, zatímco připravíte náplň.</p>

<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte arašídovou náplň</strong></h3>
<p>Do středně velké mísy přidejte arašídové máslo a veganskou zakysanou smetanu a mixujte pomocí ručního šlehače dohladka. Poté přidejte kokosový krém, moučkový cukr a špetku soli, mixujte na nízké rychlosti, dokud se vše nespojí v krémovou náplň.</p>
<p>Náplň nalijte na vychlazený korpus, rovnoměrně rozetřete a vložte do lednice na 1 hodinu, aby trochu ztuhla.</p>

<h3><strong>3. Krok: Připravte čokoládovou ganache</strong></h3>
<p>Vložte jemně nasekanou hořkou čokoládu do skleněné mísy a dejte na malý hrnec s vroucí vodou. Dno mísy by se nemělo dotýkat horké vody. Čokoládu nechte pomalu rozpustit, několikrát promíchejte. Jakmile je čokoláda rozpuštěná, pomalu a postupně, za stálého míchaní, do ní vmíchejte neslazené mandlové mléko (použijte lžíci nebo silikonovou stěrku, nepoužívejte metlu, protože by to vytvořilo bubliny). Míchejte, dokud se nespojí v hladké ganache. Ganache nalijte na vychlazený dort a rovnoměrně rozetřete.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Dort nechte vychladnout v lednici</strong></h3>
<p>Dort vložte do lednice a nechte alespoň 5 hodin nebo ideálně přes noc chladit. Po vychladnutí posypte vrch nasekanými arašídy.</p>
<p>Před podáváním doporučuji dát dort asi na 30 minut do mrazáku (bude snazší jej nakrájet a vyjmout z pánve).</p>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGANSKÉ PEKANOVÉ ŘEZY:</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Předehřejte troubu a připravte plech na pečení</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Čtvercový plech o rozměrech 23&#215;23 cm vymažte trochou vegan másla nebo oleje. Poté formu vyložte pruhem pečícího papíru (pečící papír můžete po stranách formy zajistit klipy na papír). Odložte stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte sušenkové těsto</strong></h3>
<p>Do mísy přidejte veganské máslo a hnědý třtinový cukr a vyšlehejte ručním mixérem (nebo použijte kuchyňský robot) po dobu asi 1 minuty dohladka. Přidejte neslazené mandlové mléko a šlehejte, dokud se nespojí. Poté přidejte mořskou sůl a polovinu hladké mouky, promíchejte, přidejte zbytek mouky a znovu promíchejte ručním mixérem, dokud se nespojí.</p>
<p>Těsto vložte do připraveného plechu a rovnoměrně ji rozetřete do stran. Lžící nebo prsty těsto utlačte.</p>
<p>Plech vložte do lednice zchladit mezitím co připravíte náplň.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Připravte pekanovou náplň</strong></h3>
<p>Nejprve smíchejte kukuřičný škrob se 2 lžícemi neslazeného mandlového mléka v malé misce nebo sklenici. Dejte stranou.</p>
<p>Do menšího kastrůlku přidejte veganské máslo a nechte ho na středním plameni rozpustit. Potom přidejte hnědý třtinový cukr, javorový sirup, zbytek neslazeného mandlového mléka (4 lžíce), rum, špetku mořské soli a kukuřičný škrob rozpuštěný ve vodě. Přiveďte k varu a za stálého míchání nechte vařit na středním plamenu, dokud nezhoustne. Odstavte z plotny a do směsi zamíchejte pekanové ořechy.</p>
<p>Plech vytáhněte z lednice a na sušenkové těsto nalijte náplň. Rovnoměrně rozetřete.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Pekanové řezy upečte</strong></h3>
<p>Pečte v předehřáté troubě asi 35 minut. Po upečení nechte zcela vychladnout.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Před krájením nechte řezy zchladit v lednici</strong></h3>
<p>Poté, co jsou řezy vychladlé, vložte je asi na 2 hodiny do lednice, aby náplň ztuhla a řezy šli tak lépe nakrájet.</p>
<p>Ostrým nožem nakrájejte na 8 rovnoměrných tyčinek nebo 16 menších čtvercových řezů.</p>
