<li><strong>Kokosový olej</strong> – Pokud nechcete, aby granola měla kokosovou příchuť, použijte kokosový olej bez vůně.</li>

<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C a plech vyložte pečícím papírem.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Smíchejte suché přísady s mokrými</strong></h3>
<p>Ve větší míse smíchejte ovesné vločky, pufovanou pohanku nebo rýži, pekanové ořechy, strouhaný kokos, mleté lněné semínko, mletou skořici a špetku mořské soli. Poté přidejte javorový sirup a rozpuštěný kokosový olej. Dobře promíchejte, dokud se suchá směs neobalí v sirupu a oleji. K usnadnění můžete použít ruce.</p>

<p>Budete potřebovat pouze 6 ingrediencí a 5 minut k přípravě tohoto lahodného čokoládového proteinového smoothie, které chutná jak těsto na čokoládový dort!  Ano, je až tak dobré.</p>
<p>Čokoládové smoothie bowl je vždy skvělý způsob, jak začít den. Zvláště když je plné vlákniny, omega 3, bílkovin, železa, a dalších. Navíc je velmi osvěžující a nasytí vás do dalšího jídla.</p>
<p>Vždycky dám raději přednost smoothie bowl před tekutým smoothie. Nejspíše kvůli úžasně krémově husté konzistenci a faktu, že si můžu navrch přidat cokoliv, abych smoothie ozvláštnila. A vypadají tak hezky! Ale samozřejmě, pokud dáváte přednost tekutým smoothies, můžete vždy přidat více tekutiny a vychutnat si jej i tak.</p>
<p>Přes všechny smoothie, které jsem vyzkoušela, je právě tohle vždy můj oblíbenec. Dělám ho pravděpodobně už od doby, kdy jsem začala s veganstvím a stále mě nepřestalo bavit. Vždycky se na něj moc těším!</p>

<p>Na přípravu čokoládového proteinového smoothie budete potřebovat následující ingredience:</p>

<li><strong>Zmražené banány </strong>– Ráda používám kombinaci jak zmražených, tak i čerstvých banánů, protože vytváří dokonalou konzistenci. Pro větší jednoduchost ale recept vyžaduje pouze zmražené banány.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko </strong>– Mandlové mléko dodá příjemnou oříškovou příchuť, ale použijte jakékoli rostlinné mléko, které máte po ruce. Ledová voda funguje taky dobře.</li>
<li><strong>Mleté lněné semínko</strong> – Lněné semínka smoothie zahustí, a navíc jsou zdrojem omega-3 mastných kyselin a vlákniny. Můžete také nahradit chia semínky.</li>
<li><strong>Vegan proteinový prášek </strong>– Díky banánům je smoothie dost sladké, proto bych doporučila použít neslazený proteinový prášek. Ráda používám hrachový protein, protože má neutrální chuť. Použijte kvalitní proteinový prášek.</li>
<li><strong>Kakao </strong>– Tato antioxidační superpotravina, bohatá na železo a hořčík, dodává smoothie intenzivní čokoládovou chuť. Použijte neslazené kvalitní kakao.</li>
<li><strong>Karob prášek </strong>– Další superpotravina, známá jako náhražka kakaa. Na rozdíl ale od kakaa, má přirozeně nasládlou chuť. V tomto smoothie ráda používám jak kakao, tak i karob – vytvoří dokonalou chuť.</li>
