<li><strong>Javorový sirup</strong> – Použijte jakýkoli sirup dle chuti. Stévie je taky super.</li>
<li><strong>Směs dýňového koření </strong>– Nebylo by to dýňové latte bez dýňového koření. Níže si můžete přečíst, jak připravuji směs dýňového koření. Jako náhradu lze použít perníkové koření.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIRAVIT SMĚS DÝŇOVÉHO KOŘENÍ:</strong></h2>
<p>Příprava domácího dýňového koření je velmi snadná. Stačí smíchat následující ingredience:</p>

<h2><strong>DOMÁCÍ DÝŇOVÉ PYRÉ</strong></h2>
<p>Domácí dýňové pyré lze udělat tak, že dýni (ideálně Hokkaido) nejprve uvaříte a pak rozmixujete v pyré.</p>
<h3><strong>Jak připravit dýňové pyré:</strong></h3>
<p>Odřízněte horní část dýně a poté dýni opatrně rozpůlte. Vydlabejte všechna semínka pomocí lžíce. Pomocí ostrého nože oloupejte slupku rozpůlené dýně. Poté dýni nakrájejte na větší kostky.</p>
<p>Vložte dýni do hrnce a zalijte vodou, přiveďte k varu a nechte vařit asi 15–25 minut do měkka.</p>
<p>Po uvaření slijte vodu a nechte dýni alespoň na 5 minut vychladnout.</p>
<p>Poté dýni vložte do mixéru a mixujte do hladka. Pokud je konzistence příliš hustá, přidejte převařenou vodu/vodu z vařené dýně.</p>
<p>Pyré dejte do zavařovací sklenice, nechte zcela vychladnout, než uzavřete víkem. Skladujte v lednici, kde vydrží asi 5 dní.</p>

<h2><strong>JAKÝ TYP ROSTLINNÉHO MLÉKA JE NEJLEPŠÍ NA DÝŇOVÉ LATTE?</strong></h2>
<p>Na dýňové latte se hodí jakékoliv rostlinné mléko, takže je na vás, které použijete. Já obvykle používám mandlové mléko, protože má příjemnou oříškovou chuť, nebo sójové mléko, které je více neutrální. Kokosové mléko udělá latte krémovější, ale nejspíš nepůjde napěnit. Na nejlepší pěnu doporučuji použít rostlinná mléka barista (obvykle jsou ovesná, mandlová a sójová).</p>
