<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU BISCOFF ČOKOLÁDOVÝCH PRALINEK: </strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto pralinek potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Hořká (tmavá) čokoláda, 60-70 % </strong>&#8211; Použijte tabulku kvalitní hořké čokolády.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Použijte jakékoli rostlinné mléko dle vašeho výběru. Před použitím jej nezapomeňte nechat asi 30 minut stát při pokojové teplotě.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup </strong>– použit jako sladidlo. Můžete použít jakýkoli sirup jako agáve sirup nebo kokosový nektar.</li>
<li><strong>Rum</strong> – Volitelná ingredience.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> &#8211; pomůže zvýraznit čokoládovou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Sušenky Lotus Biscoff</strong> &#8211; jsou jemné kořeněné sušenky. V kombinaci s tmavou čokoládou vytváření lahodnou kombinaci.</li>
</ul>
<p>Kuchyňské potřeby, které potřebujete:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Malý hrnec</strong></li>
<li><strong>Středně velká skleněná mísa </strong>– Skleněná mísa by měla být větší než hrnec.</li>
<li><strong>Lžíce </strong></li>
<li><strong>Mixér </strong>– na rozmixování sušenek. Sušenky můžete také dát do sáčku na zip a najemno rozdrtit pomocí válečku.</li>
<li><strong>Silikonové rukavice </strong>– Volitelné, ale užitečné, pokud nechcete mít čokoládu po celých dlaních.</li>
<li><strong>Digitální kuchyňská váha</strong></li>
<li><strong>Malá miska</strong></li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT BISCOFF ČOKOLÁDOVÉ PRALINKY:</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup a seznam ingrediencí najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<p>Příprava těchto veganských čokoládových pralinek je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 4 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte ganache z hořké čokolády</strong></h3>
<p>Naplňte ¾ menšího hrnce vodou. Přiveďte k varu a poté plamen vypněte. Tabulku hořké čokolády nakrájejte na menší kousky a vložte do středně velké skleněné mísy. Mísu umístěte na hrnec a nechte čokoládu úplně rozpustit. Několikrát promíchejte lžící. Jakmile se rozpustí, odložte stranou.</p>
<p>Poté za stálého míchání pomalu přilévejte neslazené mandlové mléko (ne najednou!). Míchejte, dokud se čokoláda a mléko nespojí do hladké ganache. Přidejte javorový sirup, rum a špetku soli a znovu promíchejte, dokud se vše nespojí.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Ganache nechte ztuhnout v lednici</strong></h3>
<p>Skleněnou mísu s ganache vložte do lednice asi na 2 hodiny, dokud neztuhne.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Rozmixujte sušenky Lotus Biscoff</strong></h3>
<p>Mezitím co se ganache chladí v lednici, vložte všechny sušenky Biscoff do mixéru a pulzujte, dokud nebudou jemně namleté. Sušenky můžete také dát do sáčku na zip a najemno rozdrtit pomocí válečku.</p>
<p>Dejte 40 g mletých sušenek do malé misky a odložte stranou. Zbytek (95 g) bude přidán do ganache.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Smíchejte ganache se sušenkami a vytvarujte pralinky</strong></h3>
<p>Jakmile ganache vychladne a ztuhne, vytáhněte ji z ledničky a několikrát promíchejte. Přidejte 95 g mletých Biscoff sušenek a promíchejte lžící, dokud se vše nespojí. Směs bude tuhá a trochu lepkavá.</p>
<p>Vezměte si silikonové rukavice a ze směsi vyválejte v dlaních 18 kuliček. 1 kuličky by měla mít 12 gramů. Doporučuji použít digitální kuchyňskou váhu a před vyválením každou pralinku zvážit, aby byly stejně velké.</p>
<p>Poté každou pralinku obalte ve zbylých 40 g mletých sušenek, které jste si v malé misce odložili.</p>

<p>Čokoládové pralinky vydrží asi 1-2 týdny v lednici ve vzduchotěsné nádobě.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU ZMRAZIT BISCOFF PRALINKY?</strong></h3>
<p>Ano, pralinky lze zmrazit až na 3 měsíce. Poté je před podáváním nechte asi na 4 hodiny rozmrazit v lednici.</p>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT DOMÁCÍ VEGAN PERNÍČKY S POLEVOU:</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte těsto na perníčky</strong></h3>
<p>Do mísy na mixování dejte změklé vegan máslo, přírodní třtinový cukr a třtinovou melasu. Vyšlehejte ručním mixérem (nebo kuchyňským robotem) po dobu asi 1 minuty. Přidejte neslazené mandlové mléko. Šlehejte, dokud se vše nespojí. Poté prosejte hladkou mouku, kakao, perníkové koření, prášek do pečiva a sůl. Smíchejte pomocí vařečky v tuhé těsto.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Těsto dejte ztuhnout do lednice</strong></h3>
<p>Perníkové těsto zabalte do potravinářské fólie a dejte ztuhnout do lednice přes noc (nebo alespoň na 3 hodiny). S těstem se bude pak lépe pracovat.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Těsto nechte změknout a předehřejte troubu</strong></h3>
<p>Následujícího dne vytáhněte těsto z ledničky a nechte změknout asi na 10-15 minut při pokojové teplotě.</p>
<p>Předehřejte troubu na 170°C.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Těsto vyválejte a vykrojte perníčky</strong></h3>
<p>Těsto rozbalte a položte na lehce pomoučený vál. Vždy se snažte použít co nejméně mouky (těsto by se však nemělo lepit na vál nebo váleček). Těsto také lehce pomoučte.</p>
<p>Těsto rovnoměrně rozválejte válečkem na tloušťku přibližně 0,5 cm. Pak pomocí formiček vykrojte libovolné tvary perníčků. Formičky při každém vykrajování ponořte do mouky, aby se na ně nelepilo těsto.</p>
<p>Shromážděte zbytky těsta, vytvarujte je do koule, vyválejte a znovu vykrajujte. Tento postup opakujte až vám nezbude žádné těsto.</p>

<p>Opatrně přeneste vykrojené těsto na plech vyložený pečícím papírem. Pečte v předehřáté troubě asi 6-7 minut. Doba pečení bude záviset na tom, jak velké a hrubé jsou vaše perníčky, takže na ně při pečení dávejte pozor, aby se nepřipálily. Pokud chcete měkčí perníčky, pečte je  kratší dobu.</p>
<p>Po upečení perníčky přeneste na desku/chladicí rošt. Před zdobením je nechte zcela vychladnout.</p>
