<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN DÝŇOVÉ GNOCCHI SE ŠALVĚJÍ A ČESNEKEM</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Uvařte brambory</strong></h3>
<p>Do hrnce s vroucí vodou dejte celé neloupané brambory a vařte je 20-30 minut až jdou lehce propíchnout vidličkou. Po uvaření ještě teplé brambory oloupejte a rozmačkejte šťouchadlem na brambory nebo vidličkou. Odložte stranou a nechte vychladnout do pokojové teploty.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte dýňové pyré</strong></h3>
<p>Kousky oloupané dýně vložte do hrnce a vařte ve vodě asi 15-20 minut až je dýně měkká. Sceďte a nechte okapat a zchladit v sítku. Poté pomocí vidličky rozmačkejte na pyré.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Udělejte gnocchi</strong></h3>
<p>Do misky dejte rozmačkané brambory, dýňové pyré, mouku, sůl, bílý pepř a špetku muškátového oříšku. Pomocí vařečky vše smíchejte a poté uhněťte v hladké těsto (těsto nehněťte příliš dlouho, aby gnocchi nebyly gumové). Pokud se těsto příliš lepí, přidejte více mouky.</p>

<p>Těsto rozdělte na 4-6 částí a z každé vyválejte váleček, ze kterého odkrajujte ostrým nožem malé noky. Pracovní plochu si dle potřeby lehce pomoučte mezi každým válením, aby se těsto nelepilo.</p>

<p>Gnocchi můžete uvařit tak jak jsou nebo na nich udělat vroubky. Vroubky můžete udělat tak, že každý nok stlačíte vidličkou nebo lehce pomoučený nok dáte na horní část vidličky a pomocí palce stočíte dolů. Gnocchi rozmístěte na pomoučenou desku tak, aby se nedotýkaly.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Dýňové gnocchi uvařte</strong></h3>
<p>Větší hrnec s osolenou vodou přiveďte k varu. Jakmile voda začne vařit, přidejte gnocchi a vařte je, dokud nevyplavou na povrch (několikrát promíchejte, aby se nalepily na dno hrnce nebo na sebe). Pomocí naběračky uvařené gnocchi vytáhněte a odložte stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Připravte šalvějovo-česnekové máslo</strong></h3>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN ČOČKOVOU BOLOGNESE OMÁČKU </strong></h2>

<li>V hrnci, na středním plamenu, rozehřejte olivový olej. Přidejte cibuli a česnek a osmažte do zlatova. Občas promíchejte.</li>
<li>Přidejte mrkev, papriku, sůl a pepř. Promíchejte a nechte restovat asi 5 minut, dokud mrkev trochu nezměkne. Pokud je potřeba, přidejte trochu vody.</li>
<li>Přidejte rajčatový protlak a nasekané vlašské ořechy a nechte osmahnout asi 2 minuty.</li>
<li>Poté přidejte čočku, rajčata, oregano, bazalku a zeleninový vývar a promíchejte. Přiveďte k varu, přikryjte pokličkou a vařte na mírném ohni asi 30 minut, dokud čočka nezměkne a omáčka nezhoustne. Občas promíchejte. Dle potřeby přidejte zeleninový vývar nebo vodu. Omáčku ochutnejte, a přidejte sůl a pepř, pokud je potřeba. Nakonec vmíchejte ocet a cukr.</li>
<li>Mezitím uvařte těstoviny v osolené vodě do al dente, a poté je sceďte.</li>
<li>Těstoviny polijte boloňskou omáčkou, ozdobte veganským sýrem a nasekanou petrželkou a podávejte.</li>

<p>Tato dýňová omáčka Alfredo je krémová, výrazdná, připravená z dýňového pyré, česneku a domácího veganského parmezánu. Je to výborný podzimní recept, který se nejvíce hodí k těstovinám. Příprava omáčky netrvá déle než 15 minut.</p>

<h2><strong>Z ČEHO JE DÝŇOVÁ OMÁČKA ALFREDO?</strong></h2>
<p>K výrobě této veganské omáčky Alfredo potřebujete následující ingredience:</p>

<li><strong>Veganské máslo</strong> (náhražka másla) – Alsan nebo Naturli. Nebo použijte slunečnicový nebo olivový olej.</li>
<li><strong>Čerstvý česnek</strong> – Česnek dodá dýňové omáčce Alfredo pronikavou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Rostlinná smetana na vaření</strong> – Použijte rostlinnou smetanu na vaření (ovesná, sójová, kešu nebo rýžová). Můžete také použít kokosové mléko, ale to dodá omáčce kokosovou chuť. Pokud nemáte žádnou smetanu, může použít i rostlinné mléko, ale výsledek bude méně krémový.</li>
<li><strong>Dýňové pyré</strong> – Dýně je skvělá jako zahušťovadlo. Já používám domácí dýňové pyré připravené z vařené dýně Hokkaido.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong></li>
<li><strong>Černý pepř</strong></li>
<li><strong>Veganský parmezán</strong> – Níže si můžete přečíst, jak vyrobit velmi snadný domácí vegan parmezán ze 3 ingrediencí.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT SNADNÝ VEGAN PARMEZÁN DOMA:</strong></h2>
<p>Výroba<span style="color: #333333;"><strong> <a style="color: #333333;" href="https://plantifulbakery.com/cs/vegan-parmezan/">domácího veganského parmezánu</a> </strong></span>je velmi snadná! Budete potřebovat pouze tři ingredience a mixér nebo kuchyňský robot (food processor).</p>
<ul>
<li>100 g kešu ořechů</li>
<li>27 g (=6 pl) lahůdkového droždí</li>
<li>¾ lžičky mořské soli</li>
</ul>
<p>Vložte všechny ingredience do mixéru/kuchyňského robotu a pulsujte, dokud nebude vše rozmělněné a smíchané (nemixujte, jinak se směs začne měnit v máslo). Skladujte ve skleněné nádobě s víkem při pokojové teplotě nebo v ledničce.</p>
<h2><strong>NÁVRHY NA PODÁVÁNÍ OMÁČKY:</strong></h2>
<p>Tuto dýňovou omáčku Alfredo je nejlepší podávat s těstovinami – fettuccine, linguine, penne. Můžete ji také jíst s krekry, tortilla chipsy, hranolky, pečenými brambory, restovanou zeleninu.</p>
<p>Omáčku nejčastěji podávám s těstovinami a s restovanými žampiony se špenátem.</p>
<h3><strong>Co potřebujete na restované žampiony se špenátem:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>1 pl olivového oleje</li>
<li>60 g žampionů (=cca 1 hrnek)</li>
<li>Mořská sůl</li>
<li>Černý pepř</li>
<li>20 g baby špenátu (=1 hrnek)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Jak udělat restované žampiony se špenátem:</strong></h3>
<p>Na pánvi rozehřejte olivový olej. Nakrájejte na plátky žampiony a přidejte do pánve. Ochuťte solí a pepřem, promíchejte a nechte restovat, dokud houby nezměknou. Mělo by to trvat asi 5 minut. Poté přidejte do pánve baby špenát a promíchejte. Přiklopte pokličkou a nechte vařit asi 1-2 minuty.</p>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT VEGAN DÝŇOVOU OMÁČKU ALFREDO S RESTOVANÝMI ŽAMPIÓNY A ŠPENÁTEM:</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte vegan parmezán</strong></h3>
<p>Do mixéru vložte kešu ořechy, lahůdkové droždí a mořskou sůl a pulsujte, dokud nebude vše rozmělněné.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Uvařte těstoviny </strong>(pokud podáváte s těstovinami)</h3>
<p>Uvařte těstoviny ve slané vodě podle pokynů na obalu. Vařte do al dente.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Na vegan másle orestujte česnek</strong></h3>
<p>V hrnci na středním plamenu/teplotě rozehřejte veganské máslo (popř. olej), přidejte prolisovaný nebo jemně nasekaný česnek, promíchejte a restujte asi 30 sekund do měkka. Dávejte pozor, abyste česnek nepřipálili.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Přidejte zbytek ingrediencí a nechte vařit</strong></h3>
<p>Pomalu vmíchejte rostlinnou smetanu a dýňové pyré. Osolte, opepřete a přidejte domácí parmezán. Míchejte a nechte vařit asi 5-7 minut, dokud omáčka nezačne houstnout. Hotovou omáčku odstavte z ohně.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Orestujte žampiony a špenát </strong>– volitelné</h3>
<p>Mezitím na pánvi rozehřejte olivový olej, nakrájejte na plátky žampiony a přidejte do pánve. Ochuťte solí a pepřem, promíchejte a nechte restovat, dokud houby nezměknou. Mělo by to trvat asi 5 minut. Poté přidejte do pánve baby špenát a promíchejte. Přiklopte pokličkou a nechte vařit asi 1-2 minuty.</p>
<h3><strong>6. Krok: Přidejte vařené těstoviny k omáčce</strong></h3>
<p>Přidejte do hrnce uvařené těstoviny a vše promíchejte, aby byly těstoviny úplně obalené omáčkou. Pokud potřebujete omáčku zředit, přidejte trochu vody z vaření těstovin nebo rostlinné smetany.</p>
<p>Nahoru dejte restované žampiony a špenát a posypejte vegan parmezánem. Ihned podávejte.</p>

<p>Alfredo omáčku skladujte v uzavřené nádobě v lednici, kde vydrží asi 5 dní.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU DÝŇOVOU ALFREDO OMÁČKU ZMRAZIT?</strong></h3>
<p>Ano, pokud uděláte velkou dávku, klidně ji zmrazte. Skladujte omáčku v uzavřené nádobě v lednici (po úplném vychladnutí) po dobu až 3–4 měsíců.</p>
