<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU DOMÁCÍCH PROTEINOVÝCH TYČINEK</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto proteinových tyčinek potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Datle </strong>– Použijte měkké (trochu lepivé) vypeckované datle. Pokud nemáte datle měkké, namočte je na asi 10 minut do horké vody a před mixováním je sceďte.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup</strong> – na doslazení. Můžete také nahradit agáve nebo datlovým sirupem.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyváží sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Arašídové máslo</strong> – Použijte kvalitní jemné arašídové máslo. Pokud chcete mít tyčinky trochu křupavé, použijte křupavé arašídové máslo.</li>
<li><strong>Veganský protein </strong>– Použijte jakýkoli veganský protein, ale měl by být neslazený (a nejlépe neochucený). Ráda používám hrachový protein, protože má neutrálnější chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Čokoláda</strong> – na polití tyčinek. Použijte kvalitní tabulku hořké čokolády.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Kuchyňské potřeby, které potřebujete:</h4>

<li><strong>Food processor (nebo vysokorychlostní mixér) </strong>&#8211; Pro tento recept doporučuji použít food processor, ale kvalitní vysokorychlostní mixér lze také použít.</li>

<p>Příprava těchto proteinových tyčinek je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 6 následujících kroků:</p>

<p>* Pokud nemáte datle měkké, namočte je na asi 10 minut do horké vody a před mixováním je sceďte.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Směs smíchejte s proteinem</strong></h3>
<p>Směs dejte z food processoru do mísy, přidejte veganský protein a prohnětete v tuhou směs. Pokud je lepkavá, přidejte více proteinového prášku.</p>

<p>Formu na biskupský chlebíček (25 cm dlouhou) vyložte pruhem pečícího papíru a zajistěte jej klipy na papír.</p>
<p>Směs přemístěte do připravené formy a rovnoměrně ji stlačte. Pomocí spodní části odměrky nebo sklenice pak vyrovnejte a vyhlaďte povrch.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Nechte zchladit a rozpusťte čokoládu</strong></h3>
<p>Formu vložte do ledničky asi na 30 minut, aby směs trochu ztuhla.</p>
<p>Mezitím rozpusťte čokoládu ve vodní lázni, nebo v mikrovlnce na několik sekund.</p>

<p>Budete potřebovat pouze 6 ingrediencí a 5 minut k přípravě tohoto lahodného čokoládového proteinového smoothie, které chutná jak těsto na čokoládový dort!  Ano, je až tak dobré.</p>
<p>Čokoládové smoothie bowl je vždy skvělý způsob, jak začít den. Zvláště když je plné vlákniny, omega 3, bílkovin, železa, a dalších. Navíc je velmi osvěžující a nasytí vás do dalšího jídla.</p>
<p>Vždycky dám raději přednost smoothie bowl před tekutým smoothie. Nejspíše kvůli úžasně krémově husté konzistenci a faktu, že si můžu navrch přidat cokoliv, abych smoothie ozvláštnila. A vypadají tak hezky! Ale samozřejmě, pokud dáváte přednost tekutým smoothies, můžete vždy přidat více tekutiny a vychutnat si jej i tak.</p>
<p>Přes všechny smoothie, které jsem vyzkoušela, je právě tohle vždy můj oblíbenec. Dělám ho pravděpodobně už od doby, kdy jsem začala s veganstvím a stále mě nepřestalo bavit. Vždycky se na něj moc těším!</p>

<p>Na přípravu čokoládového proteinového smoothie budete potřebovat následující ingredience:</p>

<li><strong>Zmražené banány </strong>– Ráda používám kombinaci jak zmražených, tak i čerstvých banánů, protože vytváří dokonalou konzistenci. Pro větší jednoduchost ale recept vyžaduje pouze zmražené banány.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko </strong>– Mandlové mléko dodá příjemnou oříškovou příchuť, ale použijte jakékoli rostlinné mléko, které máte po ruce. Ledová voda funguje taky dobře.</li>
<li><strong>Mleté lněné semínko</strong> – Lněné semínka smoothie zahustí, a navíc jsou zdrojem omega-3 mastných kyselin a vlákniny. Můžete také nahradit chia semínky.</li>
<li><strong>Vegan proteinový prášek </strong>– Díky banánům je smoothie dost sladké, proto bych doporučila použít neslazený proteinový prášek. Ráda používám hrachový protein, protože má neutrální chuť. Použijte kvalitní proteinový prášek.</li>
<li><strong>Kakao </strong>– Tato antioxidační superpotravina, bohatá na železo a hořčík, dodává smoothie intenzivní čokoládovou chuť. Použijte neslazené kvalitní kakao.</li>
<li><strong>Karob prášek </strong>– Další superpotravina, známá jako náhražka kakaa. Na rozdíl ale od kakaa, má přirozeně nasládlou chuť. V tomto smoothie ráda používám jak kakao, tak i karob – vytvoří dokonalou chuť.</li>

<p>Kuchyňské potřeby, které budete potřebovat:</p>

<li><strong>Mixér </strong>– Pro dokonale hladkou a krémovou konzistenci použijte vysokorychlostní mixér. Při použití mraženého banánu je vždy lepší použít právě kvalitnější mixér, aby se banán krásně rozmixoval.</li>

<p>Příprava tohoto čokoládového proteinového smoothie je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 3 kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Zamrazte banány</strong></h3>
<p>Nakrájejte oloupané banány na hrubé plátky a vložte je do plastového sáčku se zipem nebo do uzavíratelné nádoby. Poté je vložte do mrazáku. Měly by takto vydržet až 4 měsíce.</p>
<p>Banány na smoothie nezapomeňte zamrazit alespoň den předem.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Vložte všechny ingredience do mixéru</strong></h3>
<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru vložte mražené banány, neslazené mandlové mléko, mleté ​​lněné semínko, vegan protein, neslazené kakao a karob.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Rozmixujte do krémového smoothie</strong></h3>
