<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C a vymažte litinovou pánev o průměru 20cm veganským máslem. Dejte stranou.</p>

<p>Do větší mísy dejte veganské máslo, bílý třtinový cukr a hnědý třtinový cukr a vyšlehejte ručním mixérem (nebo použijte kuchyňský robot) po dobu asi 1 minuty do hladka. Přidejte neslazené mandlové mléko a vanilkový extrakt a šlehejte, dokud se nespojí. Poté přidejte, kukuřičný škrob, jedlou sodu, špetku mořské soli a polovinu hladké mouky, promíchejte, přidejte zbytek mouky a znovu promíchejte ručním šlehačem, dokud se nespojí.</p>
