<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA VEGAN PIZZA BABKU</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě pizza babky potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Hladká pšeničná mouka</strong> – můžete také použít chlebovou mouku nebo hladkou špaldovou mouku.</li>
<li><strong>Instantní sušené pekařské droždí</strong> – Urychlí proces, protože se míchá přímo do mouky.</li>
<li><strong>Cukr</strong> – pomáhá aktivovat droždí. Můžete použít bílý cukr, hnědý cukr, kokosový cukr nebo javorový sirup.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong></li>
<li><strong>Olivový olej </strong>– můžete nahradit rozpuštěným veganským máslem.</li>
<li><strong>Voda</strong> – Před použitím se ujistěte, že je vlažná. Můžete také použít jakékoli neslazené rostlinné mléko. Protože různé mouky absorbují tekutiny odlišně, možná budete muset přidat více vody/mléka.</li>
<li><strong>Rajčatová omáčka </strong>– použijte tužší rajčatovou omáčku. Pokud je příliš řídká, na chvíli ji povařte.</li>
<li><strong>Směs italských bylinek </strong>– nebo použijte jen sušené oregano nebo bazalku.</li>

<li><strong>Vegan mozzarella</strong> – Ráda používám mozzarellu od Violife, ale můžete použít jakýkoliv veganský sýr.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT </strong><strong>VEGAN PIZZA BABKU </strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte těsto</strong></h3>
<p>Ve velké míse smíchejte hladkou pšeničnou mouku, instantní pekařské droždí, cukr a mořskou sůl. Přidejte olivový olej a vlažnou vodu a smíchejte pomocí vařečky nebo vidličky (různé mouky absorbují tekutinu odlišně, takže pokud je směs příliš suchá, přidejte trochu vody). Poté směs dejte na lehce pomoučený povrch a hnětejte rukama asi 5-10 minut, dokud těsto není měkké.</p>
<p>Těsto vložte do lehce naolejované mísy, přikryjte kuchyňskou utěrkou a dejte na teplé místo kynout asi na 1 hodinu, dokud se nezdvojnásobí (na chladnějším místě může kynutí trvat déle).</p>

<h3><strong>2. Krok: Vymažte formu</strong></h3>
<p>Bochníkovou formu o rozměrech 25x13cm vymažte olejem nebo veganským máslem. Odložte stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Sestavte babku</strong></h3>
<p>Poté, co těsto nakyne, položte jej na lehce pomoučenou plochu. Povrch těsta také lekce pomoučte. Pomocí válečku vyválejte těsto na velký obdélník, asi 40 cm x 25 cm. Rozválené těsto potřete rajčatovou omáčkou, téměř až k okrajům. Posypejte italskými bylinkami, veganským parmezánem a veganskou mozzarellou. Těsto podélně srolujte v pevnou rolku.</p>

<p>Pomocí ostrého nože rozřízněte rolku podélně na polovinu. Poloviny zapleťte do copu a oba konce spojte. Cop dejte do vymazané formy, přikryjte utěrkou a nechte nakynout asi na 30-60 minut, dokud se nezdvojnásobí.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Babku upečte</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Poté co babka nakyne, dejte ji do trouby a pečte asi 45 minut. Pokud během pečení začne babka na povrchu příliš hnědnout, přikryjte ji alobalem. Po upečení vytáhněte babku z trouby a nechte ve formě na 15 minut vychladnout. Poté vyklopte a dejte na chladící rošt zcela vychladnout před krájením.</p>

<p>Babka vydrží až 2 dny při pokojové teplotě nebo až 5 dní v lednici.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU BABKU ZAMRAZIT?</strong></h3>
<p>Chcete-li babku zamrazit, vložte ji (celou nebo nakrájenou na plátky) do vzduchotěsné nádoby a skladujte v mrazáku až 3 měsíce. Před podáváním nechte rozmrazit při pokojové teplotě nebo na několik minut zahřejte v troubě předehřáté na 180°C.</p>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte těsto a nechte ho kynout</strong></h3>
<p>Ve velké míse smíchejte hladkou pšeničnou mouku, instantní pekařské droždí, cukr, mořskou sůl a granulovaný česnek. Pak přidejte veganský jogurt, olivový olej a vlažnou vodu. Smíchejte pomocí vařečky nebo vidličky (různé mouky absorbují tekutinu odlišně, takže pokud je směs příliš suchá, přidejte trochu vody), poté směs dejte na lehce pomoučený povrch a hnětete rukama asi 5-10 minut, dokud těsto není měkčí.</p>
<p>Těsto vložte do lehce naolejované misky, přikryjte kuchyňskou utěrkou a dejte na teplé místo kynout asi na 30-60 minut, dokud se nezdvojnásobí (na chladnějším místě může kynutí trvat déle).</p>

<p>Vykynuté těsto rozdělte na 10 rovnoměrných koulí. Každou kouli vyválejte na lehce pomoučeném povrchu do oválného tvaru (asi 0,5 cm hrubé). Jednu stranu těsta lehce potřete olivovým olejem a vložte na pánev rozehřátou na střední teplotu (naolejovanou stranou čelem k pánvi). Opečete, dokud se neudělají bubliny a spodní strana není zlatohnědá. Vrchní část placky potřete olejem, otočte a pečete i druhou stranu dozlatova. Opakujte se zbytkem těsta.</p>
<p>Po upečená každý naan potřete česnekovým máslem, posypte nasekanou petrželkou a lehce posolte.</p>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT EXTRA JEMNÝ HUMMUS DOMA</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava tohoto hummusu je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 2 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Cizrnu uvařte s jedlou sodou</strong></h3>
<p>Do středně velkého hrnce dejte sceděnou cizrnu a lžičku jedlé sody. Podlejte vodou a přivedeme k varu. Nechejte vařit na střední teplotě asi 10 minut, dokud cizrna nebude měkká. Poté cizrnu sceďte a opláchněte ve studené vodě.</p>

<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru nebo food processoru dejte uvařenu cizrnu, citronovou šťávu, tahini, olivový olej, prolisovaný stroužek česneku, mletý kmín, špetku mořské soli a pepře. Mixujte při vysoké rychlosti asi 30 sekund dohladka. Když je mixér v chodu, přidejte asi 4 polévkové lžíce vody (použijte pěchovadlo pro mixér, abyste usnadnili mixování).</p>
<p>Ochutnejte a případně přidejte mořskou sůl, citronovou šťávu. Pokračujte v mixování při vysoké rychlosti asi 1-2 minuty, dokud nebude hummus jemný a krémový. Přidejte více vody na zjemnění.</p>
<p>Hotový hummus dejte do misky a pokapejte olivovým olejem nebo ozdobte jakoukoli oblohou dle vašeho výběru. Podávejte s pita chlebem nebo krekry.</p>

<li><strong>Česnek</strong> – Pečený česnek, je mírně sladký a má méně pálivou chuť, takže polévka není příliš ostrá.</li>
<li><strong>Olivový olej </strong>– Stroužky česneku se opečou v olivovém oleji. Nakonec vám zůstane česnekový olej, který můžete použít při servírování a vaření na mnoho způsobů.</li>

<li><strong>Brambory</strong> – Do polévky jsem použila červené brambory, ale klidně můžete použít i bílé brambory (jsou ale více škrobové).</li>
<li><strong>Zeleninový vývar </strong>– Pro nejlepší chuť použijte domácí zeleninový vývar. Vývar použije podle toho jak moc hustou nebo naopak řídkou polévku chcete.</li>
<li><strong>Sójová nebo ovesná smetana na vaření</strong> – Polévku zjemní. Můžete nahradit kokosovým mlékem nebo jakýmkoli rostlinným mlékem nebo pouze zeleninovým vývarem.</li>
<li><strong>Lahůdkové droždí </strong>– dodá polévce lehce sýrovou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Granulovaná cibule</strong> – pro více chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Černý pepř</strong></li>
<li><strong>Chléb </strong>– na krutony. Použijte chléb, který je alespoň jeden dnes starý.</li>

<h4>Kuchyňské potřeby, které potřebujete:</h4>

<li><strong>Malá zapékací miska </strong>– na pečení česneku.</li>
<li><strong>Středně velký hrnec</strong> – na uvaření brambor.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN KRÉMOVOU BRAMBOROVO POLÉVKU S PEČENÝM ČESNEKEM A KRUTONY:</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<p>Příprava této polévky je velmi jednoduchá, stačí dodržet 4 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Upečte česnek</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 200°C.</p>
<p>Do malé zapékací misky přidejte oloupané stroužky česneku a polijte je olivovým olejem a osolte trochou mořské soli. Pečte v předehřáté troubě po dobu 15-20 minut, dokud nebudou mírně zlatavě hnědé a měkké. Dávejte pozor, abyste je nespálili.</p>
<p>Poté, co je česnek opečený, jej nechte trochu vychladnout.</p>

<h3><strong>2. Krok: Uvařte brambory</strong></h3>
<p>Brambory nakrájejte na kostky a na střední teplotě je uvařte v osolené vodě do měkka. Po uvaření brambory sceďte.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Vše rozmixujte do hladké polévky</strong></h3>
<p>Do mixéru přidejte vařené brambory, pečené stroužky česneku (bez oleje *), zeleninový vývar, sójovou smetanu, lahůdkové droždí a granulovanou cibuli. Dochuťte černým pepřem a mixujte, dokud nebude polévka hladká a krémová. Přidejte více zeleninového vývaru, pokud je příliš hustá, případně dochuťte solí a pepřem a znovu promixujte.</p>
<p>* Zbylý česnekový olej můžete použít do salátů, k vaření, nebo k přípravě krutonů do polévky.</p>
