<p>Chcete si připravit zdravou slanou snídani? Tato míchaná vajíčka z tofu vás nezklamou, ať už jste vegan nebo ne.</p>
<p>Po mnoha pokusech jsem konečně přišila s nejlepším tofu scramble! Tento recept je připravený z tofu, cibule, oleje a speciální omáčky.</p>
<p>Míchaná tofu vajíčka si můžete vychutnat samostatně, s chlebem nebo bagetou, opečenými bramborami, rostlinným párkem nebo z nich udělat burrito. Ať tak či onak, jsou neuvěřitelné dobré.</p>

<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA MÍCHANÁ VAJÍČKA Z TOFU:</strong></h2>
<p>Na přípravu míchaných vajíček z tofu budete potřebovat následující ingredience:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cizrnová mouka</strong> – Základ na omáčku.</li>
<li><strong>Lahůdkové droždí</strong> – Dodá umami chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Černá sůl (Kala Namak) </strong>&#8211; Důležitá ingredience, pokud chcete dosáhnout chuti vajíčka!</li>
<li><strong>Kurkuma</strong> – Kurkuma dává tofu žlutou barvu.</li>
<li><strong>Cibulový prášek</strong> – volitelné &#8211; dodá více chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Použijte kterékoliv jiné rostlinné mléko.</li>
<li><strong>Bílý rostlinný jogurt </strong>– Jogurt dodá krémovost. Tofu bude méně suché. Používejte neslazený bílý rostlinný jogurt. Já nejčastěji používám sójový.</li>
<li><strong>Dijonská hořčice</strong></li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl </strong>– Můžete vynechat, ale podle mě černá sůl není dostatečně slaná.</li>
<li><strong>Bílý pepř </strong>– Můžete také použít černý pepř. Více či méně podle toho, jak pikantní míchaná tofu vajíčka chcete.</li>
<li><strong>Olivový nebo slunečnicový olej </strong>– Použijte jakýkoli olej na tepelnou úpravu.</li>
<li><strong>Žlutá cibule </strong></li>
<li><strong>Bílé tofu (natural/přírodní) </strong>&#8211; Dávám přednost použití přírodního bílého tofu (firm nebo extra firm) &#8211; má vhodnou strukturu pro míchaná vejce. Tofu před použitím osušte kuchyňskou utěrkou nebo ubrouskem, abyste odstranili přebytečnou tekutinu.</li>
</ul>
<p>Kuchyňské potřeby, které budete potřebovat:</p>

<li><strong>Malá miska</strong></li>
<li><strong>Vidlička / mini metlička</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pánev </strong>– Doporučuji použít malou pánev s nepřilnavým povrchem.</li>
<li><strong>Vařečka</strong></li>
<li><strong>Kuchyňská utěrka nebo ubrousek</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT MÍCHANÁ VAJÍČKA Z TOFU:</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup a seznam ingrediencí najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze. </em></p>
<p>Příprava míchaných vajíček z tofu je jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 6 kroků:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte omáčku</strong></h3>
<p>Přidejte do malé misky cizrnovou mouku, lahůdkové droždí, černou sůl, kurkumu a granulovanou cibuli a smíchejte pomocí vidličky nebo malé metličky. Přidejte mandlové mléko, rostlinný jogurt a dijonskou hořčici. Promíchejte, aby se vše spojilo. Dejte stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Nakrájejte a orestujte cibuli</strong></h3>
<p>Na pánvi rozehřejte olivový olej. Nakrájejte nadrobno cibuli a přidejte do pánve. Míchejte a restujte asi 3 minuty na mírném plamenu.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Tofu osušte, rozdrobte a přidejte do pánve</strong></h3>
<p>Tofu osušte kuchyňskou utěrkou nebo ubrouskem, abyste odstranili přebytečnou tekutinu. Tofu rozdrobte rukou nebo pomocí vidličky a přidejte do pánve. Osolte a opepřete. Za stálého míchání nechte asi 2 minuty osmahnout.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Přidejte omáčku</strong></h3>
<p>Do pánve k tofu přidejte omáčku. Nepřetržitě míchejte, dokud se vše nespojí a nezačne tuhnout (mělo by to trvat jen pár minut).</p>
<p>Ihned podávejte. Například s plátkem opečeného toastu. Ozdobte nasekanou pažitkou nebo pórkem.</p>

<h3><strong>JAKÝ TYP TOFU POUŽÍT NA MÍCHANÁ VAJÍČKA Z TOFU?</strong></h3>
<p>Na míchaná tofu vajíčka použijte klasické bílé tofu (natural/přírodní). Podle pevnosti se rozlišuje na firm, extra firm a super firm. Na veganská míchaná vejce se nejvíce hodí firm a extra firm. Hedvábné tofu bych nepoužila, protože má jinou texturu a hůře se drobí.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU UDĚLAT MÍCHANÁ TOFU VAJÍČKA BEZ OLEJE?</strong></h3>
<p>Ano, olej můžete vynechat a udělat je zcela bez oleje. Jako náhradu oleje použijte trochu vody nebo zeleninového vývaru. Tofu ve výsledku budou mít ale méně chuti.</p>

<h3><strong>JAK DLOUHO TOFU VAJÍČKA VYDRŽÍ?</strong></h3>
<p>Míchaná tofu vajíčka skladujte v uzavřené nádobě v lednici, kde vydrží asi 5 dní.</p>
<h3><strong>MŮŽU MÍCHANÁ TOFU VAJÍČKA ZAMRAZIT?</strong></h3>
<p>Ano! Pokud si jich uděláte víc, můžete je určitě dát zamrazit. Míchané tofu vajíčka vydrží v mrazáku přibližně po dobu 3 měsíců. Skladujte je v uzavřené nádobě nebo plastovém sáčku se zipem. Pak rozehřejte na pánvi s trochou oleje.</p>

<h2><strong>SNADNÁ KRÉMOVÁ DÝŇOVÁ POLÉVKA Z PEČENÉ DÝNĚ:</strong></h2>
<p>Na tuto lahodnou krémovou polévku z pečené dýně budete potřebovat pouze 10 ingrediencí, které určitě už máte doma. A mimo pečení vám příprava bude trvat jen několik minut.</p>
<p>Nevím jak vy, ale jakmile začne podzim, začnu vařit a péct téměř vše z dýní, a tato krémová pražená dýňová polévka je jedním z nejlepších podzimních receptů. Vařím jí velmi často, protože je prostě báječná. Vážně, není nic lepšího než plná miska husté krémové dýňové polévky za chladného dne.</p>
<p>Na tomto receptu mám ráda, že nepotřebujete žádný krém ani jíšku na zahuštění, protože dýně je přirozeně krémová a hustá, což recept zjednodušuje. Další skvělá věc je, že si polévku můžete připravit den dopředu, nechat ji v lednici a pochutnat si na ní další den.</p>
<h2><strong>VÝHODY DÝŇOVÉ POLÉVKY</strong></h2>
<p>Dýňová polévka je zdraví prospěšná. Dýně je bohatá na vitamíny, jako je vitamín A nebo C, dále obsahuje vápník a draslík a je bohatým zdrojem vlákniny.</p>

<h2><strong>CO BUDETE POTŘEBOVAT NA PŘÍPRAVU KRÉMOVÉ POLÉVKY Z PEČENÉ DÝNĚ: </strong></h2>
<p>Na přípravu této dýňové polévky budete potřebovat následující ingredience:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Dýně Hokkaidó </strong>– Ve svých receptech používám nejčastěji dýni Hokkaidó, protože se hodí jak do slaných, tak do sladkých receptů. Je lehce nasládlá a po rozmixování hustá a krémová. Je výborná na přípravu dýňového pyré. Slupku nemusíte loupat, protože během pečení změkne.</li>
<li><strong>Žlutá cibule</strong> – Spolu s česnekem dodá dýňové polévce trochu ostřejší chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Čerstvý česnek </strong></li>
<li><strong>Olivový olej </strong>– Na pečení zeleniny raději používám olivový olej, protože dodává příjemnou chuť. Klidně můžete použít jiný rostlinný olej.</li>
<li><strong>Černý pepř </strong>– Pro pálivější chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Majoránka</strong> – Tato bylinka dodá příjemnou chuť. Místo majoránky můžete také použít tymián nebo oregano.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl </strong></li>
<li><strong>Zeleninový vývar </strong>– Použijte domácí zeleninový vývar nebo si vývar připravte ze zeleninového bujónu. Vývar dělá dýňovou polévku chutnější, ale můžete také použít jenom převařenou vodu.</li>
<li><strong>Lahůdkové droždí </strong>&#8211; Je volitelná přísada. Ale myslím si, že právě trocha lahůdkového droždí se do této krémové polévky hodí.</li>
<li><strong>Citronová šťáva </strong>– Citronová šťáva vyváží sladkou chuť dýně.</li>
<li><strong>Oblíbená ozdoba na polévku </strong>– Na ozdobu jsem použila ovesnou smetanu (můžete také použít sójovou, rýžovou nebo kokosový krém), nasekanou petrželku a dýňová semínka. Domácí krutony jsou také skvělé.</li>

<li><strong>Mixér </strong>– Doporučuji používat vysokorychlostní mixér, protože díky němu bude dýňová polévka extra hladká a dobře rozmixuje dýňovou slupku. Můžete ale použít i tyčový mixér.</li>
<li><strong>Větší hrnec</strong></li>

<h2><strong>JAK NA NEJLEPŠÍ KRÉMOVOU POLÉVKU Z PEČENÉ DÝNĚ:</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup a seznam ingrediencí najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze. </em></p>
<p>Příprava této krémové dýňové polévka je jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 5 kroků:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Předehřejte troubu a připravte pekáč</strong></h3>
<p>Předehřejte troubu na 200°C. Pekáč/plech vyložte pečícím papírem a odložte jej stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte dýni, cibuli, česnek</strong></h3>
<p>Odřízněte horní část dýně a poté dýni opatrně rozpůlte (pokud nemáte vysokorychlostní mixér, budete muset nejspíš slupku z dýně odříznout, aby byla po rozmixování hladká). Vydlabejte všechna semínka pomocí lžíce (semínka si můžete nechat a později opražit na ozdobu). Poté dýni nakrájejte na větší kostky a dejte ji na pekáč.</p>
<p>Oloupejte žlutou cibuli a nakrájejte na čtvrtiny. Oloupejte také stroužky česneku. Do pekáče přidejte nakrájenou cibuli a oloupaný česnek a pokapejte olivovým olejem. Poté okořeňte černým pepřem a majoránkou. Vše promíchejte.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Pečte v troubě</strong></h3>
<p>Pečte asi 35 minut v předehřáté troubě, dokud dýně nebude zcela měkká. Doba pečení se bude lišit v závislosti na tom, jak velké kostky dýně jste nakrájeli. Pokud použijete jiný druh dýně, bude možná potřeba přidat více času na změknutí.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Vše rozmixujte do polévky</strong></h3>
<p>Pekáč vytáhněte z trouby. Vložte pečenou dýni, cibuli a česnek do mixéru (pokud používáte plastový mixér, nechte zeleninu mírně vychladnout). Přidejte zeleninový vývar, citronovou šťávu, mořskou sůl a lahůdkové droždí. Mixujte, dokud polévka nebude hladká a krémová. Mělo by to trvat jen několik minut (podle typu mixéru, který používáte). V případě potřeby přidejte více zeleninového vývaru nebo převařenou vodu. Ochutnejte a podle chuti přidejte více soli nebo koření.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Polévku zahřejte</strong></h3>
<p>Nalijte polévku z mixéru do hrnce, přiveďte k varu a vařte asi 5 minut, aby se chutě propojily.</p>
<p>Podávejte se svými oblíbenými ozdobami.</p>

<h2><strong>JAK OZDOBIT DÝŇOVOU POLÉVKU</strong></h2>
<p>Polévku podávejte s troškou rostlinné smetany (ráda používám ovesnou nebo sójovou, protože má neutrální chuť, ale můžete použít i kokosový krém). Dále ozdobte například nasekanou čerstvou petrželkou nebo pažitkou, a dýňovými semínky – pro ještě lepší chuť, použijte pražená dýňová semínka. K polévce se také hodí domácí krutony, čerstvý chléb nebo bageta.</p>
<h2><strong>JAK DLOUHO VYDRŽÍ POLÉVKA Z PEČENÉ DÝNĚ V LEDNICI?</strong></h2>
<p>Vychlazenou dýňovou polévku uložte do uzavíratelné nádoby do ledničky, kde vydrží asi 4 dny. Polévku můžete také zmrazit na 2 až 3 měsíce. Pak už jen polévku ohřejte na sporáku v hrnci a užijte si ji!</p>
