<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA LOTUSKOVOU OVESNOU KAŠI PŘES NOC</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě této kaše potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Ovesné vločky</strong> – Použijte celé ovesné vločky (rolled oats). Jemné ovesné vločky absorbují více tekutiny, a tak může být kaše příliš rozmočená. Pro bezlepkovou verzi použijte certifikované ovesné vločky bez lepku.</li>
<li><strong>Chia semínka</strong> – absorbují ovesné mléko a kaši zahustí. Díky nim bude kaše sytější, navíc jsou dobrým zdrojem omega-3 mastných kyselin a vlákniny.</li>
<li><strong>Čokoláda </strong>– Použijte kvalitní čokoládové pecičky nebo nasekanou čokoládu.</li>
<li><strong>Kokosový jogurt </strong>– Ráda používám kokosový jogurt, protože kaši dodá velmi krémovou konzistenci, ale můžete použít jakýkoliv rostlinný jogurt.</li>
<li><strong>Lotus Biscoff pomazánka </strong>– Dodává kaši výbornou chuť. Ujistěte se, že má pokojovou teplotu, aby šla lépe do kaše zamíchat.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup</strong> – vločky ideálně osladí. Můžete nahradit agáve sirupem nebo stévií.</li>
<li><strong>Vanilka </strong>– Do receptu jsem použila mletou vanilku, můžete však použít vanilkový extrakt nebo pastu.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené ovesné mléko</strong> – Můžete použít jakékoli rostlinné mléko, jako je mandlové, sójové nebo kešu mléko.</li>

<p>K přípravě těchto overnight oats potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Ovesné vločky</strong> – Ovesné vločky typu rolled oats (klasické ovesné vločky) jsou nejlepší na overnight oats. Jemné ovesné vločky absorbují více tekutiny, a tak můžou být příliš rozmočené. Pro bezlepkovou verzi použijte certifikované bezlepkové ovesné vločky.</li>
<li><strong>Chia semínka</strong> – absorbují mandlové mléko a zahustí vločky. Díky nim budou overnight oats sytější, navíc jsou dobrým zdrojem omega-3 mastných kyselin a vlákniny.</li>
<li><strong>Veganský jogurt</strong> – dělá vločky krémové. Ráda používám kokosový jogurt, ale použijte jakýkoli rostlinný jogurt dle vašeho výběru.</li>
<li><strong>Přírodní arašídové máslo</strong> – dodává dokonalou chuť a dělá je krémovější. Můžete nahradit jakýmkoliv ořechovým máslem, jako je mandlové, kešu nebo pekanové máslo.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup</strong> – vločky ideálně osladí. Můžete také použít agávový sirup nebo stévii.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Můžete použít jakékoli rostlinné mléko, jako je ovesné, sójové nebo kešu mléko.</li>
