<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA OŘECHOVÉ MÁSLO PEKANOVÝ KOLÁČ</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě tohoto ořechového másla potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Pekanové ořechy</strong> – Bohaté na vápník, hořčík, draslík nebo omega 3.</li>
<li><strong>Kešu ořechy </strong>– Zdroj kvalitních tuků, vlákniny, hořčíku, nebo mědi. Kešu můžete nahradit jinými oříšky jako mandle, lískové oříšky, nebo arašídy.</li>
<li><strong>Vanilka </strong>– Do receptu jsem použila mletou vanilku, můžete ale použít vanilkový extrakt nebo pastu.</li>
<li><strong>Skořice </strong></li>
<li><strong>Sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Kokosový olej </strong>– Můžete nahradit jakýmkoliv olejem neutrální chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup </strong>– ořechové máslo osladí a zároveň i zahustí.</li>
<li><strong>Rum </strong>– dodá více chuti. Volitelná ingredience.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Kuchyňské potřeby:</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Plech na pečení</strong></li>
<li><strong>Vysokorychlostní mixér nebo food processor </strong>– Aby ořechové máslo bylo jemné a krémové, budete potřebovat kvalitní vysokorychlostní mixér nebo food processor. Během mixování použijte pěchovadlo (pokud je součástí mixéru) pro usnadnění mixování.</li>
<li><strong>Skleněná nádoba s víčkem </strong>– na skladovaní.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT DOMÁCÍ OŘECHOVÉ MÁSLO PEKANOVÝ KOLÁČ</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Upražte pekanové a kešu ořechy</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Pekanové a kešu ořechy rozložte na plech a pečte 7-9 minut do zlatova. Několikrát je během pečení promíchejte. Dávejte pozor, abyste je nespálili (trouby se mohou lišit v čase pečení). Po upražení vytáhněte z trouby a nechte mírně vychladnout.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte ořechové máslo</strong></h3>
<p>Do vysokorychlostního mixéru (nebo food processoru) dejte pekanové a kešu oříšky, mletou vanilku, skořici, a špetku soli. Nejprve mixujte při nízké rychlosti, dokud nebudou ořechy rovnoměrně rozmixovány. Seškrábejte strany. Poté mixujte vysokou rychlostí, dokud se ořechy postupně nepřemění v hladké máslo. Během mixování použijte pěchovadlo (pokud je součástí mixéru) pro usnadnění mixování. V závislosti na vašem mixéru (popř. food processoru) může mixování ořechů v máslo trvat 4–10 minut.</p>
<p>Jakmile je máslo jemné a krémové, postupně přidávejte kokosový olej, javorový sirup a rum, a mixujte, dokud se vše nespojí.</p>
<p>Máslo dejte do sklenice a nechte zcela vychladnout (bez víčka).</p>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN ČOČKOVOU BOLOGNESE OMÁČKU </strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<ol>
<li>V hrnci, na středním plamenu, rozehřejte olivový olej. Přidejte cibuli a česnek a osmažte do zlatova. Občas promíchejte.</li>
<li>Přidejte mrkev, papriku, sůl a pepř. Promíchejte a nechte restovat asi 5 minut, dokud mrkev trochu nezměkne. Pokud je potřeba, přidejte trochu vody.</li>
<li>Přidejte rajčatový protlak a nasekané vlašské ořechy a nechte osmahnout asi 2 minuty.</li>
<li>Poté přidejte čočku, rajčata, oregano, bazalku a zeleninový vývar a promíchejte. Přiveďte k varu, přikryjte pokličkou a vařte na mírném ohni asi 30 minut, dokud čočka nezměkne a omáčka nezhoustne. Občas promíchejte. Dle potřeby přidejte zeleninový vývar nebo vodu. Omáčku ochutnejte, a přidejte sůl a pepř, pokud je potřeba. Nakonec vmíchejte ocet a cukr.</li>
<li>Mezitím uvařte těstoviny v osolené vodě do al dente, a poté je sceďte.</li>
<li>Těstoviny polijte boloňskou omáčkou, ozdobte veganským sýrem a nasekanou petrželkou a podávejte.</li>

Přiveďte k varu, přikryjte pokličkou a vařte na mírném ohni asi 30 minut, dokud čočka nezměkne a omáčka nezhoustne. Občas promíchejte. Dle potřeby přidejte zeleninový vývar nebo vodu.  Omáčku ochutnejte, a přidejte sůl a pepř, pokud je potřeba.
