<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA MRKVOVÉ ENERGY BALLS</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto energy kuliček potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Ovesné vločky</strong> – Raději používám jemné ovesné vločky na tento recept, ale klidně použijte běžné ovesné vločky (rolled oats). Pro bezlepkovou verzi použijte certifikované bezlepkové ovesné vločky.</li>
<li><strong>Vlašské ořechy</strong> – Použijte kvalitní vlašské ořechy. Můžete nahradit i jinými ořechy (ale ztratíte tím chuť mrkvového dortu).</li>
<li><strong>Strouhaný kokos</strong> – do kuliček a na obalení (které je volitelné).</li>
<li><strong>Mletá skořice a muškátový oříšek</strong></li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong> – vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Datle</strong> – Použijte měkké vypeckované datle. Pokud jsou vaše datle trochu suché a nelepí se, namočte je asi na 10 minut do horké vody a před mixováním je sceďte.</li>
<li><strong>Mrkev </strong>– Použijte mrkev nastrouhanou najemno.</li>
<li><strong>Mandlové máslo</strong> – pomáhá smíchat suché ingredience dohromady. Můžete také použít tahini nebo jakékoli ořechové máslo.</li>

<p>Příprava těchto energy kuliček je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 3 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Rozmixujte ovesné vločky, vlašské ořechy, kokos a koření</strong></h3>
<p>Do food processoru nebo vysokorychlostního mixéru přidejte ovesné vločky, vlašské ořechy, strouhaný kokos, mletou skořici, špetku mletého muškátového oříšku a špetku mořské soli. Rozmixujte do hladka.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Přidejte datle, nastrouhanou mrkev a mandlové máslo a mixujte</strong></h3>
<p>Poté přidejte měkké datle, nastrouhanou mrkev a mandlové máslo a mixujte asi 30 sekund, dokud se vše nespojí a nevznikne tuhá lepkavá směs.</p>

<h2><strong>OVERNIGHT OATS MRKVOVÝ DORT:</strong></h2>
<p>Overnight oats neboli ovesné vločky připravené přes noc jsou jednou z nejjednodušších snídaní. Jsou ideální také jako svačina do školy, práce, nebo po tréninku. Připravte si ovesné vločky den předem, dejte je přes noc do ledničky a další ráno je vaše snídaně připravena k jídlu. 8 ingrediencí a 10 minut přípravy.</p>
<p>Pro tento recept jsem použila mandlové mléko a bílý rostlinný jogurt, aby byly vločky krémové. Opravdu to udělá rozdíl, když do overnight oats přidáte jogurt. Javorový sirup vločky jemně osladí. A jsou báječně okořeněné skořicí a muškátovým oříškem (jako mrkvový dort).</p>
<p>V těchto mrkvových overnight oats nejsou žádné rozinky, tedy aspoň pro mě ne. Pokud je však máte rádi, klidně je přidejte!</p>

<p>Overnight oats jsou ovesné vločky, které se namočí v tekutině a nechají se přes noc odležet v lednici. Nevyžadují žádné vaření. Jedná se o jednoduchou snídani nebo svačinu, která se konzumuje přímo z ledničky, a která je ideální pro meal prep.</p>

<h2><strong>CO BUDETE POTŘEBOVAT NA MRKVOVÉ OVERNIGHT OATS:</strong></h2>
<p>K výrobě těchto veganských overnight oats s příchutí mrkvového dortu budete potřebovat následující ingredience:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ovesné vločky</strong> – Bez ovesných vloček to nepůjde! Klasické ovesné vločky jsou vhodnější na overnight oats na rozdíl od jemných ovesných vloček. Pokuj je ale nemáte, klidně použijte jemné ovesné vločky, ale budou více rozmočené a méně krémové<strong>. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Mleté nebo nasekané vlašské ořechy</strong> – Do mrkvového dortu vždycky přidávám vlašské ořechy, a proto nesmí chybět ani v těchto overnight oats.</li>
<li><strong>Mletá skořice a muškátový oříšek</strong> – Nezbytné pro chuť mrkvového dortu.</li>
<li><strong>Strouhaná mrkev </strong>– Nebyl by to mrkvový dort bez mrkve! Klidně ji přidejte více do svých overnight oats, pokud chcete.</li>
<li><strong>Bílý rostlinný jogurt </strong>– Jogurt dělá overnight oats krémovější. Určitě jej nevynechejte! Použila jsem bílý sójový jogurt. Kokosový nebo kešu jogurt lze také použít.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko </strong>– Mandlové mléko dodá příjemnou oříškovou chuť, ale použijte jakékoli rostlinné mléko, které máte. Pokud nemáte žádné rostlinné mléko, použijte vodu – vločky budou ale méně krémové.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup </strong>– Můžete nahradit jakýmkoliv tekutým sladidlem, jako je agávový sirup, datlový sirup, kokosový nektar nebo stévie. K příchuti mrkvový dort se ale nejvíce hodí javorový sirup.</li>
<li><strong>Oblíbené toppingy </strong>– Na overnight oats nemusíte přidávat žádné toppingy. Nicméně já si vždycky ráda něco na ozdobu přidám, aby byly overnight oats ještě lepší. Moje oblíbené toppings si můžete přečíst níže.</li>

<p>Pokud ráno spěcháte, můžete tento krok přeskočit. Ale já mám vždycky ráda svoje overnight oats s nějakými toppingy (“ozdobou“).</p>

<li><strong>Granola </strong>– na křupání</li>
<li><strong>Nasekané ořechy </strong>– vlašské ořechy nebo pekanové ořechy se nejlépe hodí k overnight oats mrkvový dort</li>
<li><strong>Konopná semínka </strong>– hodí se skvěle snad ke všemu</li>
<li><strong>Chia semínka </strong>– skvělý zdroj omega-3</li>
<li><strong>Goji </strong>– někomu nemusí chutnat, ale já je mám ráda</li>
<li><strong>Drcené kakaové boby </strong>– moje nová závislost</li>
<li><strong>Strouhaný kokos nebo kokosové chipsy</strong> – zkuste třeba i kokosové chipsy s příchutí</li>
<li><strong>Arašídové nebo mandlové máslo </strong>– takový můj must-have na overnight oats; použijte své oblíbené ořechové máslo</li>
<li><strong>Čerstvé ovoce </strong>– nakrájené jablko se hodí asi nejlépe k příchuti mrkvový dort, ale můžete použít jahody, maliny, borůvky nebo ostružiny</li>
<li><strong>Sirup </strong>– trocha sirupu nahoru, udělá overnight oats ještě chutnější; já jsem použila domácí pampeliškový med</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT MRKVOVÉ OVERNIGHT OATS:</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava těchto veganských overnight oats s příchutí mrkvový dort je velmi jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet 2 jednoduché kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte si ovesné vločky den předem</strong></h3>
<p>Do zavařovací sklenice nebo misky přidejte ovesné vločky, mleté ​​nebo nasekané vlašské ořechy, mletou skořici, mletý muškátový oříšek a nastrouhanou mrkev a smíchejte lžící.</p>
