<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA VEGANSKÉ PERNÍČKY S POLEVOU:</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě těchto perníčků potřebujete následující ingredience:</p>

<li><strong>Veganské máslo </strong>– Použijte veganské máslo, které má přibližně 75-80 % tuku jako je Alsan nebo Naturli. Před přípravou těsta jej nezapomeňte nechat změknout při pokojové teplotě.</li>
<li><strong>Přírodní třtinový cukr </strong>– Můžete jej nahradit kokosovým cukrem.</li>
<li><strong>Třtinová</strong> <strong>melasa</strong> – Dodává charakteristickou chuť perníku.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko</strong> – Použijte jakékoli neslazené rostlinné mléko.</li>
<li><strong>Hladká pšeničná mouka </strong>– U tohoto receptu nedoporučuji používat jiný druh mouky. Každý druh mouky potřebuje jiné množství tekutiny, a tak by ve výsledku mohlo být těsto příliš lepivé nebo naopak suché.</li>
<li><strong>Kakaový prášek</strong> – dodá perníčkům barvu. Použijte neslazené přírodní kakao.</li>

<li><strong>Prášek na pečení</strong> – Pomůže perníčky trochu zvednout.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT DOMÁCÍ VEGAN PERNÍČKY S POLEVOU:</strong></h2>
<p><em>Celý postup a seznam ingrediencí najdete v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku. Toto je podrobnější verze.</em></p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Připravte těsto na perníčky</strong></h3>
<p>Do mísy na mixování dejte změklé vegan máslo, přírodní třtinový cukr a třtinovou melasu. Vyšlehejte ručním mixérem (nebo kuchyňským robotem) po dobu asi 1 minuty. Přidejte neslazené mandlové mléko. Šlehejte, dokud se vše nespojí. Poté prosejte hladkou mouku, kakao, perníkové koření, prášek do pečiva a sůl. Smíchejte pomocí vařečky v tuhé těsto.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Těsto dejte ztuhnout do lednice</strong></h3>
<p>Perníkové těsto zabalte do potravinářské fólie a dejte ztuhnout do lednice přes noc (nebo alespoň na 3 hodiny). S těstem se bude pak lépe pracovat.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Těsto nechte změknout a předehřejte troubu</strong></h3>
<p>Následujícího dne vytáhněte těsto z ledničky a nechte změknout asi na 10-15 minut při pokojové teplotě.</p>
<p>Předehřejte troubu na 170°C.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Těsto vyválejte a vykrojte perníčky</strong></h3>
<p>Těsto rozbalte a položte na lehce pomoučený vál. Vždy se snažte použít co nejméně mouky (těsto by se však nemělo lepit na vál nebo váleček). Těsto také lehce pomoučte.</p>
<p>Těsto rovnoměrně rozválejte válečkem na tloušťku přibližně 0,5 cm. Pak pomocí formiček vykrojte libovolné tvary perníčků. Formičky při každém vykrajování ponořte do mouky, aby se na ně nelepilo těsto.</p>
<p>Shromážděte zbytky těsta, vytvarujte je do koule, vyválejte a znovu vykrajujte. Tento postup opakujte až vám nezbude žádné těsto.</p>

<h3><strong>5. Krok: Perníčky upečte</strong></h3>
<p>Opatrně přeneste vykrojené těsto na plech vyložený pečícím papírem. Pečte v předehřáté troubě asi 6-7 minut. Doba pečení bude záviset na tom, jak velké a hrubé jsou vaše perníčky, takže na ně při pečení dávejte pozor, aby se nepřipálily. Pokud chcete měkčí perníčky, pečte je  kratší dobu.</p>
<p>Po upečení perníčky přeneste na desku/chladicí rošt. Před zdobením je nechte zcela vychladnout.</p>

<h3><strong>6. Krok: Připravte polevu a ozdobte perníčky</strong></h3>
<p>Do středně velké mísy prosejte moučkový cukr a kukuřičný škrob. Poté přidejte mandlové mléko a vyšlehejte, dokud se nespojí do husté polevy. Pokud je poleva moc hustá přidejte trochu mléka.</p>
<p>Polevu dejte do sáčku na zdobení a libovolně ozdobte perníčky.</p>
<p>Polevu nechte zcela ztuhnout/uschnout.</p>
<p>Perníčky skladujte ve vzduchotěsné nádobě.</p>

<h2><strong>VEGAN PERNÍKOVÝ DORT S MELASOVÝM KRÉMEM </strong></h2>
<p>Perníková příchuť se nejvíce váže k vánocům. Perníčky jsou standardem, ale tento perníkový dort je něco více speciálního, co můžete nabídnout.</p>
<p>Perníkový korpus je kořeněný, vláčný a nadýchaný. Je to jednoduchý piškot; nebudete potřebovat žádné speciální přísady.</p>
<p>Korpus je chutný i bez krému. Ráda ho sypu moučkovým cukrem. Tak si to pamatuji z dětství. Chtěla jsem ale tentokrát udělat něco slavnostnějšího. A tak jsem připravila jemně sladký máslový krém s melasou.</p>
<p>Máslový krém je velmi jednoduchý. K výrobě budete potřebovat pouze 3 přísady – vegan máslo, třtinovou melasu a moučkový cukr.</p>
<p>Tento perníkový dort je skvělý jako dezert na vánoční svátky. Nikdo ani nepozná, že je veganský!</p>

<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU PERNÍKOVÉHO DORTU S MELASOVÝM KRÉMEM:</strong></h2>
<p>Na přípravu perníkového dortu s melasovým krémem potřebujete následující ingredience:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Přírodní třtinový cukr </strong>– dodává jemnou karamelovou příchuť.</li>
<li><strong>Slunečnicový olej </strong>– Olej dodá vláčnost. Použijte jakýkoli rostlinný olej neutrální chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Třtinová melasa</strong> – ujistěte se, že je nesířená. Melasa dodává jemnou sladkou chuť. Melasa je bohatým zdrojem železa, hořčíku a vitaminu B6. Pokud nechcete použít melasu, můžete ji nahradit datlovým sirupem nebo javorovým sirupem.</li>
<li><strong>Jablečné pyré</strong> – dodá dortu vláčnost, aniž by jej dochutilo. Můžete nahradit rostlinným jogurtem.</li>
<li><strong>Neslazené mandlové mléko </strong>– Mandlové mléko smíchané s jablečným octem vytvoří veganské podmáslí.</li>
<li><strong>Jablečný ocet </strong>– Pomůže aktivovat jedlou sodu. Místo octa můžete použít také citronovou šťávu.</li>
<li><strong>Hladká pšeničná mouka</strong> – Udělá dort krásně nadýchaný a jemný.</li>
<li><strong>Kakaový prášek </strong>– Recept vyžaduje pouze 6 gramů kakaa do korpusu – na obarvení.</li>

<li><strong>Prášek do pečiva a jedlá soda </strong>– Kypřící prostředky, které pomůžou dort se zvednout. K aktivaci jedlé sody použijte lžíci jablečného octa.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl </strong>– Pomůže zdůraznit sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Veganské máslo </strong>– Použijte veganské máslo, které má okolo 80 % tuku. Doporučuji Alsan nebo Naturli. Je důležité, aby bylo máslo změklé v pokojové teplotě před šleháním.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK UDĚLAT PERNÍKOVÝ DORT S MELASOVÝM KRÉMEM:</strong></h2>

<p>Výroba tohoto perníkového dortu je jednoduchá. Stačí dodržet následujících 7 kroků:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Předehřejte troubu a připravte formu na pečení</strong></h3>
<p>Předehřejte troubu na 180°C. Čtvercový plech o rozměrech 23&#215;23 cm vymažte vegan máslem nebo slunečnicovým olejem. Poté formu vyložte pruhem pečícího papíru (pečící papír můžete po stranách formy zajistit klipy na papír).</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte veganské podmáslí</strong></h3>
<p>Přidejte lžíci jablečného octa (nebo citronové šťávy) do neslazeného mandlového mléka. Dobře promíchejte. Odložte stranou.</p>

<p>Nejdříve se ujistěte, že máte správně odvážené všechny ingredience.</p>
<p>V misce na mixování šlehejte ručním šlehačem nebo metlou přírodní třtinový cukr, slunečnicový olej, třtinovou melasu a jablečné pyré po dobu asi 1 minuty. Přidejte veganské podmáslí a znovu šlehejte, dokud se vše nespojí (viz obrázek nahoře).</p>
<p>V samostatné misce smíchejte hladkou mouku, kakao, perníkové koření, jedlou sodu, prášek do pečiva a špetku mořské soli.</p>
<p>Směs mouky prosejte do velké misky s mokrými přísadami. Metlou nebo vařečkou těsto promíchejte, dokud se vše nespojí. Snažte se těsto nepřemíchat.</p>

<p>Těsto nalije do připravené formy a rozetřete do stran.</p>
<p>Pečte v předehřáté troubě po dobu 20-25 minut. Korpus je hotový, pokud párátko, které zapíchnete do středu, zůstane po vytažení čisté. Pokud ne, nechte jej v troubě 2-5 minut navíc, protože trouby se mohou lišit.</p>

<p>Po upečení, nechte korpus zcela vychladnout, než jej budete mazat krémem. Pokud je korpus ještě teplý, krém se začne rozpouštět.</p>
<h3><strong>6. Krok: Připravte melasový krém</strong></h3>
<p>Do mixovací nádoby přidejte změklé vegan máslo a třtinovou melasu a vyšlehejte je pomocí ručního šlehače (nebo kuchyňského robotu) do hladka. Přesejte polovinu moučkového cukru, šlehejte, dokud se nespojí. Přesejte zbytek moučkového cukru a vyšlehejte, dokud nebude krém hladký, lehký a nadýchaný. Může to trvat až 2–3 minuty.</p>
