<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA DÝŇOVÉ GNOCCHI SE ŠALVĚJÍ A ČESNEKEM</strong></h2>

<li><strong>Dýně</strong> – Do receptu jsem použila Hokkaidó dýni, můžete však vyzkoušet různé druhy dýně. Dýně, kterou použijete by měla být zralá, jinak bude pyré příliš vodnaté a těsto bude potřebovat více mouky.</li>
<li><strong>Mouka </strong>– Použijte hladkou pšeničnou nebo špaldovou mouku. Různé druhy mouky absorbují tekutiny jinak, takže možná budete muset použít vice mouky, než je napsáno v receptu.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN DÝŇOVÉ GNOCCHI SE ŠALVĚJÍ A ČESNEKEM</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Uvařte brambory</strong></h3>
<p>Do hrnce s vroucí vodou dejte celé neloupané brambory a vařte je 20-30 minut až jdou lehce propíchnout vidličkou. Po uvaření ještě teplé brambory oloupejte a rozmačkejte šťouchadlem na brambory nebo vidličkou. Odložte stranou a nechte vychladnout do pokojové teploty.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Připravte dýňové pyré</strong></h3>
<p>Kousky oloupané dýně vložte do hrnce a vařte ve vodě asi 15-20 minut až je dýně měkká. Sceďte a nechte okapat a zchladit v sítku. Poté pomocí vidličky rozmačkejte na pyré.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Udělejte gnocchi</strong></h3>
<p>Do misky dejte rozmačkané brambory, dýňové pyré, mouku, sůl, bílý pepř a špetku muškátového oříšku. Pomocí vařečky vše smíchejte a poté uhněťte v hladké těsto (těsto nehněťte příliš dlouho, aby gnocchi nebyly gumové). Pokud se těsto příliš lepí, přidejte více mouky.</p>

<p>Těsto rozdělte na 4-6 částí a z každé vyválejte váleček, ze kterého odkrajujte ostrým nožem malé noky. Pracovní plochu si dle potřeby lehce pomoučte mezi každým válením, aby se těsto nelepilo.</p>

<p>Gnocchi můžete uvařit tak jak jsou nebo na nich udělat vroubky. Vroubky můžete udělat tak, že každý nok stlačíte vidličkou nebo lehce pomoučený nok dáte na horní část vidličky a pomocí palce stočíte dolů. Gnocchi rozmístěte na pomoučenou desku tak, aby se nedotýkaly.</p>
<h3><strong>4. Krok: Dýňové gnocchi uvařte</strong></h3>
<p>Větší hrnec s osolenou vodou přiveďte k varu. Jakmile voda začne vařit, přidejte gnocchi a vařte je, dokud nevyplavou na povrch (několikrát promíchejte, aby se nalepily na dno hrnce nebo na sebe). Pomocí naběračky uvařené gnocchi vytáhněte a odložte stranou.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Připravte šalvějovo-česnekové máslo</strong></h3>
<p>Na střední teplotě si rozehřejte středně velkou pánev. Přidejte vegan máslo a nechte rozpustit. Do pánve přidejte lístky čerstvé šalvěje a osmahněte dokřupava. <h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA PŘÍPRAVU KRÉMOVÉ BRAMBOROVÉ POLÉVKY S PEČENÝM ČESNEKEM:</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě této bramborové polévky s česnekem potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Česnek</strong> – Pečený česnek, je mírně sladký a má méně pálivou chuť, takže polévka není příliš ostrá.</li>
<li><strong>Olivový olej </strong>– Stroužky česneku se opečou v olivovém oleji. Nakonec vám zůstane česnekový olej, který můžete použít při servírování a vaření na mnoho způsobů.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl</strong></li>
<li><strong>Brambory</strong> – Do polévky jsem použila červené brambory, ale klidně můžete použít i bílé brambory (jsou ale více škrobové).</li>
<li><strong>Zeleninový vývar </strong>– Pro nejlepší chuť použijte domácí zeleninový vývar. Vývar použije podle toho jak moc hustou nebo naopak řídkou polévku chcete.</li>
<li><strong>Sójová nebo ovesná smetana na vaření</strong> – Polévku zjemní. Můžete nahradit kokosovým mlékem nebo jakýmkoli rostlinným mlékem nebo pouze zeleninovým vývarem.</li>
<li><strong>Lahůdkové droždí </strong>– dodá polévce lehce sýrovou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Granulovaná cibule</strong> – pro více chuti.</li>
<li><strong>Černý pepř</strong></li>
<li><strong>Chléb </strong>– na krutony. Použijte chléb, který je alespoň jeden dnes starý.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Kuchyňské potřeby, které potřebujete:</h4>

<li><strong>Malá zapékací miska </strong>– na pečení česneku.</li>
<li><strong>Středně velký hrnec</strong> – na uvaření brambor.</li>
<li><strong>Mixér </strong>– Doporučuji použít vysokorychlostní mixér pro velmi hladkou konzistenci.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN KRÉMOVOU BRAMBOROVO POLÉVKU S PEČENÝM ČESNEKEM A KRUTONY:</strong></h2>

<p>Příprava této polévky je velmi jednoduchá, stačí dodržet 4 následující kroky:</p>
<h3><strong>1. Krok: Upečte česnek</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 200°C.</p>
<p>Do malé zapékací misky přidejte oloupané stroužky česneku a polijte je olivovým olejem a osolte trochou mořské soli. Pečte v předehřáté troubě po dobu 15-20 minut, dokud nebudou mírně zlatavě hnědé a měkké. Dávejte pozor, abyste je nespálili.</p>
<p>Poté, co je česnek opečený, jej nechte trochu vychladnout.</p>

<h3><strong>2. Krok: Uvařte brambory</strong></h3>
<p>Brambory nakrájejte na kostky a na střední teplotě je uvařte v osolené vodě do měkka. Po uvaření brambory sceďte.</p>
<h3><strong>3. Krok: Vše rozmixujte do hladké polévky</strong></h3>
<p>Do mixéru přidejte vařené brambory, pečené stroužky česneku (bez oleje *), zeleninový vývar, sójovou smetanu, lahůdkové droždí a granulovanou cibuli. Dochuťte černým pepřem a mixujte, dokud nebude polévka hladká a krémová. Přidejte více zeleninového vývaru, pokud je příliš hustá, případně dochuťte solí a pepřem a znovu promixujte.</p>
<p>* Zbylý česnekový olej můžete použít do salátů, k vaření, nebo k přípravě krutonů do polévky.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Připravte krutony </strong>(volitelné)<strong> a podávejte</strong></h3>
<p>Předehřejte troubu na 180°C a plech vyložte pečícím papírem nebo alobalem. Chléb nakrájejte na malé kostky, dejte na plech a pokapejte olivovým olejem (můžete použít zbylý česnekový olej). Dochuťte černým pepřem a pečte asi 10 minut do křupava (čas závisí na tom, jak silné kostičky nakrájíte).</p>
<p>Polévku podávejte pokapanou rostlinnou smetanou nebo česnekovým olejem a s křupavými chlebovými krutony.</p>
