<p>K přípravě biskupského chlebíčku potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Hladká pšeničná mouka –</strong> Mouku prosejte, aby v těstu nebyly hrudky.</li>
<li><strong>Kukuřičný škrob </strong>– zlepšuje texturu.</li>
<li><strong>Prášek do pečiva a jedlá soda</strong></li>
<li><strong>Skořice</strong> – Dodává příjemnou kořenitou chuť. Doporučuji použít <a href="https://www.ravaneo.com/product/n22-cejlonska-skorice-4-svitky/"><u>Ravaneō N°22 Cejlonskou skořici</u></a>.</li>

<li><strong>Citronová šťáva – </strong>pomáhá aktivovat jedlou sodu. Můžete také použít jablečný ocet.</li>

<h2><strong>JAK PŘIPRAVIT VEGAN BISKUPSKÝ CHLEBÍČEK SE SKOŘICÍ</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>1. Krok: Předehřejte troubu a připravte formu</strong></h3>
<p>Troubu předehřejte na 180°C. Formu na biskupský chlebíček (25x13cm) vymažte máslem nebo olejem a vyložte pruhem pečícího papíru.</p>
<h3><strong>2. Krok: Smíchejte suché ingredience</strong></h3>
<p>V misce smíchejte hladkou mouku, kukuřičný škrob, prášek do pečiva, jedlou sodu, mletou skořici a špetku soli. Odložte stranou.</p>

<h3><strong>3. Krok: Připravte těsto na chlebíček</strong></h3>
<p>Ve větší míse pomocí ručního mixéru nebo kuchyňského robotu, vyšlehejte veganské máslo s krystalovým cukrem na vysoké rychlosti asi 3-4 minuty, dokud nebude máslo nadýchané a světlejší. Pomalu a postupně všlehejte rostlinné mléko a citronovou šťávu. Prosejte suché ingredience a pomocí stěrky nebo vařečky opatrně smíchejte. Poté vmíchejte směs sušeného ovoce, oříšků a čokolády.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Chlebíček upečte</strong></h3>
<p>Těsto nalijte do připravené formy a rovnoměrně ho rozetřete. Pečte v předehřáté troubě 40-45 minut. Chlebíček je hotový, když špejle, kterou zapíchnete do středu, zůstane po vytažení čistá a suchá. Pokud na něm zůstane mokré těsto, pečte alespoň dalších 5 minut.</p>

<p>Chlebíček vytáhněte z trouby a nechte asi 15 minut vychladnout. Poté opatrně vyjměte z formy a položte na chladicí rošt, aby zcela vychladl.</p>
<h3><strong>5. Krok: Připravte čokoládovou polevu</strong></h3>
<p>Do kastrůlku dejte moučkový cukr a vodu. Míchejte a přiveďte k varu. Poté odstavte z plotny a vmíchejte nasekanou čokoládu, až se zcela rozpustí.</p>
<p>Vychlazený chlebíček polijte polevou a rovnoměrně rozetřete. Chlebíček můžete posypat nasekanými oříšky.</p>
