<h2><strong>CO POTŘEBUJETE NA NEPEČENÉ ARAŠÍDOVÉ ŘEZY</strong></h2>
<p>K přípravě arašídových řezů potřebujete následující ingredience (<em>přesná váha ingrediencí je uvedena dole v kartě receptu ve spodní části příspěvku</em>):</p>

<li><strong>Arašídové máslo</strong> – Použijte kvalitní přírodní jemné arašídové máslo (vyvarujte se tuhého nebo křupavého arašídového másla). Je použito jak do těsta, tak do karamelu. Můžete nahradit kešu nebo mandlovým máslem.</li>
<li><strong>Javorový sirup </strong>– perfektně řezy osladí. Kombinace arašídového másla a javorového sirupu vytvoří lepivý karamel, který je velmi snadný a rychlý na přípravu.</li>
<li><strong>Mořská sůl </strong>– vyvažuje sladkou chuť.</li>
<li><strong>Mandlová mouka </strong>– dodává sušenkovému těstu jemnou a vláčnou texturu. Pro nejlepší výsledky použijte jemnou mandlovou mouku. Ovesná mouka by měla také fungovat.</li>
<li><strong>Čokoládové pecičky</strong> – do sušenkového těsta přidejte kolik čokolády kolik chcete. Můžete také použít nasekanou tabulku čokolády.</li>
<li><strong>Hořká čokolády</strong> – Na polevu použijte kvalitní vegan hořkou čokoládu, 60-80%.</li>
<li><strong>Kokosový olej </strong>– zlepšuje konzistenci čokolády a tím usnadňuje krájení, když čokoláda ztuhne.</li>

<p>Do středně velké mísy dejte arašídové máslo, javorový sirup a mořskou sůl a pomocí vidličky promíchejte dohladka. Poté přidejte mandlovou mouku a smíchejte v tužší těsto. Vmíchejte čokoládové pecičky a směs vložte do připravené formy. Těsto v pánvi stlačte (pomocí spodní části odměrky nebo sklenice vyrovnejte do okrajů a vyhlaďte povrch.). Dejte do lednice, mezitím co děláte karamel.</p>

<p>V misce pomocí vidličky smíchejte jemné arašídové máslo, javorový sirup a mořskou sůl, dokud nebude karamelová směs hladká a lepivá. Karamel rovnoměrně rozetřete na sušenkové těsto a nechte asi na 20 minut v lednici ztuhnout.</p>

<h3><strong>4. Krok: Rozpusťte čokoládu, rozetřete ji přes karamelovou vrstvu a dejte ztuhnout do ledničky</strong></h3>
<p>Vložte jemně nasekanou hořkou čokoládu a kokosový olej do skleněné mísy a dejte na malý hrnec s vroucí vodou. Dno mísy by se nemělo dotýkat horké vody. Čokoládu nechte pomalu rozpustit, několikrát ji promíchejte. Jakmile je čokoláda rozpuštěná, sundejte mísu z hrnce.</p>
<p>Čokoládu nalijte na karamelovou vrstvu a rozetřete do stran. Formu vložte do mrazáku asi na 10 minut, aby čokoláda ztuhla. Poté posypejte mořskou solí a nakrájíme na 8 řezů (použijte ostrý nůž namočený do horké vody, aby se čokoláda snáze krájela).</p>
